It's not. I was going to go during Spring Break, but they a dit that they were opening in the summer.

I'am from China,so maybe I can't go to there in the near future.But I except to go to the HARRY POTTER theme park.

yes! i was in Islands of Adventure (the larger park that it will be inside) and saw an ad for it. I was all like OMG!! Unfortunatelly because I went there in 2009 i won't be going there for a very long time.
I even had a picture of the sign I saw there. It a dit "magic at work" ou something and it looked like a ministry decree
