Why didn't voldemort become a ghost after he died?

I not sure, but it is perhaps because his soul is too much damaged to come back as a ghost because he made so much horcruxes.
(Sorry for the mistakes, english isn't my mother tongue)

Only a person with a whole soul can become a ghost. The Horcruxes made the option impossible for Voldemort. He'd have to feel real remorse and fix his fragmented soul in order to become a ghost.
