The Kiss between Harry & Ginny, 15 secondes into the film.. Ok, is this their first kiss!? I know we don't know, but i was wondering if somehow htis had been leaked thru spoilers ou something else.

Yeah, but I think they've done a good job concerning the changes. It wouldn't be really refreshing and exciteing to have 2 Hogwarts battles, and the kisses were just too Qudditchy...I dunno, I like it so far, but I too hope there won't be too many changed stuff.
