I did a rapporter on her too.

When she was little her teachers thought she was stupid.

Wow, I just finished my project last week on JK.
The first story she wrote was about a rabbit called "Rabbit".
Her sister Di was "considerably prettier" than her, so her parents decided she must be "the bright one". Both kids hated their titles, and fought constantly. Her mother died of multiple slerosis in her early 40's, and out of sadness, JK moved to Portugal, married a guy, then had her daughter Jessica. After coming back, JK decided she needed to finish her manuscript, and went into a frenzy as she was also a teacher and had a daughter to care for. She married Dr. Neil Murray, and their son David was born in 2003, his sister Mackenzie was born in 2005 and, as Rowling states, Mackenzie's paper twin is book six. Hope I helped. I got all the info from JK's official website when I was doing my project. I suggest going there, because the biography there was written par her.

J.K. Rowling was a poor girl who was born in Chipping Sodburry, Bristol, south-east England on 31 July. Her father was an engineer at Rolls Royce car factory.
J.K.R. used to make the story since childhood, delivering J.K.R. to become an author. Initially her stories are often considered ugly, but she still tried and practiced constantly. Finally, Harry Potter's first published and loved all people, children, adolescents and even, woman.
Since then she became the world's richest author.
