Bultamore is Lord Voldemort's long Lost twin brother, born after him. As for any sibling born into such a family, he was sent off to a desert island, so that Lord Voldemort would never get pissed off par any claim over his reign on the wizarding community. (Yes, Voldemort had read that a famous French Muggle king of the past had done the same - for once Muggles have good ideas. So he did the same.)
So that Bultamore is indeed the last true Heir of Slytherin to this day, after his infamous brother had died. But he doesn't know it. He doesn't like snakes... He prefers to study stones he can find on his rock place. Just in case he may find oil and gas and become filthy rich.
That could make an interesting starting point for the adventures of a 8th book, "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prisoner of the Secret Chamber on the Island of the Philosopher's Hallows" - what do toi think ?
(Just my imaginative 2 cents thrown in for good measure...)

Oh my goodness. I Lost it at him being voldemort's twin brother. :]
A magical winged Hippo came down from Hippo heaven and deemed him worthy of such awesome power. He touched him with a magical light-saber and transferred to him all the powers of the Hippos of the past. Since then, bultamore has been invincible.
I actually don't know: I'm not familiar with bultamore and his relation to Harry Potter.
Unless toi meant 'Voldemort'? In which case, my sarcastic hippo answer still stands.

MDR - I can see that there's another soul here with a great deal of imagination...
He betrayed the jedi order to rejoindre the Sith Lord and became his apprentice and use the dark side of the force to try and have the power to bring back the dead. He accidentaly killed his wife in his anger when she tried to talk him out of it, and then Obi Wan Kanobidore fought him and Obi Wan thought he killed bultamore and left him to die, but bultamore didn't. Kanobidore had mutilated him so bad before leaving him to die (which remember he didn't) he needed a life-sustaining suit to live. He came the leader of the Death star. Duh.
MDR - there are only 2 Siths, so I guess the other one is Voldemort ??? Great matter for a cross-over here... MDR Kanobidore... MDR He used the Sectumsempra to mutilate him, didn't he ? (Damn... where's Severus ?...)
MDR - though beg me to prefer our tall, dark, brooding Potions Master to the little green guy from Dagobah... got nothing against little people but instead have a thing for tall, dark, brooding Potions Masters...
I would see Luke Potter with his master Obi Wan Kanobidore, facing Darth Severus with his master the Senator Riddle then Emperor Voldemort. Does that make sense ? Just kidding.
