A little help please...?

I'm playing Lego Harry Potter Years 1-4, and trying to get to my Immobilus Lesson, but the wardrobe won't let my put on the ear muflers. What do I do!?

Who are toi using to put on the earmuffs? Some characters don't let you. Also, make sure toi are standing on the light in front of the wardrobe, not too vers l'avant, vers l’avant ou back. Hope it helps!

I know, and it did, but then suddenly it stopped... But then it worked again...
