If toi look good toi can see that the dress that that girl wears is the same as blair's dress. so I think it's blair but I'm not sure.

i think it's B ,she's wearing a black dress and before 2x18 had been aired i had seen a picture where they had zoomed the moment of them(probably them)in lit and the girl was wearing a ring which looked a lot like B's ruby one!sorry can't find it

I don't think it is. I heard so I'm not sure that Popp LIfton crashes the party and it's her with Chuck. Not 100% though.
