Puck & Will- I don't think we have seen enough of these as friends but Will is definitely a mentor.

Puck & Rachel- I think that she helped him to realise that he can be a horrible person sometimes and he really opened up to her.

Puck & Quinn- These two are great as a couple and as friends. Quinn is the one person who I think Puck would change for
