Why did they cut gilmore girls!!

Gilmore Girls was cut because Amy-Sherman Palldino and Her husband could not come to an agreement with the WB network so they both walked out. The WB network then only decided to continue the montrer on for one plus season

After the originally writer and montrer creator Amy Sherman-Palladino left the series, the CW continued the show, despite not having the voice of the montrer on staff. There was an global, ensemble decline in quality of shows, as well as ratings, and some disputes with actors throughout the season. Alexis Bledel (Rory) wanted out after her contract expiré at the end of the 7th season, Lauren Graham (Lorelai) and Kelly Bishop (Emily) were unhappy with the direction the montrer was taking.
