There once lived a princess named Eleanor. She was a very beautiful and intelligent young girl. Yet, she was unhappy.
Everybody kept telling her, that she had everything she could’ve ever needed ou wanted: the beauty, the brains, the fortune and a young, mighty prince to whom she was supposed to get married to. And they were right. In theory, the young princess’ life seemed perfect. But in reality, it was far from it.
The princess felt alone and scared, even when she was surrounded par people and was completely safe. And her prince. He didn’t make her happy. But not because he didn’t...

I am the man who died alone in the hospital because they would not let my partner of twenty-seven years into the room.

1. Marriage is a union of love, not a union of genders.

2. Homosexuality is a human characteristic, not a crime.

3. 'Marriage is a human right, not a heterosexual priviledge.'

4. Homosexuals(nor anyone else) are not able to control their feelings ou affect to who they fall in l’amour with, so they shouldn't be punished for that.

5. Many people are against Christian values and God, but it isn't illegal to believe in God. As well, many people are against gay rights, so it shouldn't be illegal for gays to get married.

6. If God doesn't exist, gays have been treated unequally for no reason.

7. l’amour is an...

I believe everyone makes their own decision in life, and everything. I don't support gays, but I don't go around being rude. and saying things like toi are not normal, and toi will burn in Hell.
I know in the Bible that it says that man should not lay with man and that women should not lay with women, but Christians and anybody should not treat human beings like this. Everyone is weird in our own special way, so why should Gays get picked on and everything just cause they don't do what others do. I am straight and a Christian, but I don't treat people that aren't like me horrible just because they don't act like me.
I mean seriously, what good is it gonna do if people continue to treat others without respect due to sexual oriention, color ou anything.
We should l’amour everybody no matter how different we are.
And this is my opinion..:)

I myself am straight, well... asexual, but one thing that I find to be VERY annoying and something I think is getting really old is when people use the word "gay" as an insult.

Example from me and a fellow classmate:
Classmate: "Uhg, this assignment is so gay!"
Me: "That makes no sense."
Classmate: "Huh?"
Me: "Well it's a piece of paper, an inanimate object it can't have emotions. Are toi trying to call it happy?"
Classmate: "No..."
Me: "Well it doesn't have a sexuality either, are toi trying to call it homosexual?"
Classmate: "No, I'm calling it gay!"
Me: "That makes no sense!"
Classmate: "I'm calling...

I have been hearing a lot on the débats on gay marriage, and I wanted to get my opinion out there.
Right to the point: I am for it. It would make gay people happy, give them the rights they are entitled to, and it would not hurt anyone else, so why not?
I have heard that some people believe gay marriage somehow demeans the institution of marriage. To that I ask: how? It seems to me that two people who l’amour each other and want to spend their life together is what marriage is all about.
Some people also claim that God is against gay marriage. To that I ask: where does it say that? (side note: I...

okay so i'm straight but i have found that i actually like hanging around gay people because they tend to be (not meaning to stereotype) NICER people. i support gay marriage because i believe that it is a human right; i have no fucking idea why the hell it is currently being debated (in the US). this entire damn country was created mostly because people wanted to escape religious prosecution and be able to believe what they want. this is really FUCKING HYPOCRITICAL. our government, the damn constitution and bill of fucking rights specifically states that the government is SECULAR. that means...

I have been judged for as long as I can remember for my sexuallity par people. My family supports me because my Uncle is gay, and so is my cousin! As well my Mom supports me, my Grandma, and and so much more, even some of my friends!

I am écriture this to let people know that if toi are ever judged for who toi are, toi are not alone. People judge me all the time, and even to this jour send me emails, Facebook messages, and text telling me to "drop dead" because I am a gay man.

I am 17, and I l’amour who I am, and no one in this world should be ashamed to montrer who they are, so I let my couleurs shine....

Am I Gay? I guess this is a question a lot of young men will have asked themselves during their confusing adolescent years; it's certainly one that every gay man will at some time have had to tackle, and come to terms with on discovering the true answer. Of course, there are the lucky ones - the majority - those people for whom their sexuality has never been in any doubt. They are the very people who, par their heterosexual appetite and acknowledged prowess with the opposite sex, may have initiated that desperate question in other minds. But to not be one of that majority, to not have the same...

These are my vues and thoughts about being a straight christian, but still supporting gay rights.

I wear a cross. It's a little golden traverser, croix with a tiny ruby in the middle, being I'm born in July, and that's my birthstone. It's a girt from my mom, and I might pass it on to the suivant generation when I grow up. It's very special to me. I wear it all the time unless I'm swimming ou bathing. I wear it in performances (I'm an actress-to-be and I play violin at school). Even when I was in a play about the ancient greek gods, I wore it under my robes. My whole family is part italian, so we are mostly...

1) Being gay is not natural. Real Americans always reject unnatural things like eyeglasses, polyester, and air conditioning.

2) Gay marriage will encourage people to be gay, in the same way that hanging around tall people will make toi tall.

3) Gay marriage will change the foundation of society; we could never adapt to new social norms. Just like we haven't adapted to cars, the service-sector economy, ou longer life spans.

4) Straight marriage has been around a long time and hasn't changed at all; women are still property, blacks still can't marry whites, and divorce is still illegal....

toi know, many times a day,I hear about how an adolescent ou a teenager kill themselves. toi know what it was from? being bullied. toi know, some people get accused of being gay from the clothes they wear, the way they talk, walk,or even react to things. It disgusts me that modern-day american people are a bunch of HOMOPHOBES!!! I kid toi not,it actually makes me absolutely sick to my stomach.

I have bisexual friends. No one at my school bullies them. Because at my school, everyone knows how it feels to be bullied. I don't care that my Friends are bisexual. I l’amour them even plus knowing that they...

I think that gay marriage should be legalliesed in all countries. If a man and a man ou a girl and a girl got married, would it be hurting you? Really, think about it. If it was legalised, millions of gay ou lesbian people would get married. And guess what... toi wouldnt even know about it. What would it matter to toi if gay ou lesbian people got married.

I bet when toi were little toi always dreamed about getting married to that special someone. I know, when I was five I always used to wear my favourite white dress, cut up toilet paper into strings and wear it as a viel. I awlays wanted to...

I am straight but I have heard some very ridiculous arguments when it comes to gay rights. Here are some that I would like to montrer the stupidity of.

-Homosexual parents will cause their children to be homosexual
Wasn't it straight parents who raised homosexual children?

-A child needs both a mother and a father.
So would toi say that single parents are bad parents then? No toi probably wouldn't. I've had to go six years without my mother and I believe I am doing just fine. Isn't any family better than none? As long as those two fathers ou those two mothers are good and caring and l’amour their children....

I get sick of listening to straight people complain about, "Well, hey, we don't have a heterosexual-pride day, why do toi need a gay-pride day?" I remember when I was a kid I'd always ask my mom: "Why don't we have a Kid's Day? We have a Mother's jour and a Father's Day, but why don't we have a...

The world is not divided into sheeps and goats. Not all things are black nor all things white. It is a fundamental of taxonomy that nature rarely deals with discrete categories. Only the human mind invents categories and tries to force facts into separated pigeon-holes. The living world is a continuum in each and every one of its aspects. The sooner we learn this concerning sexual behavior the sooner we shall reach a sound understanding of the realities of sex.
~Alfred Kinsey in The Sexual Behavior in the Human Male, 1948
