Can toi tell me the name of a character?

I'm still fairly new to Game of Thrones. I don't know the names of a majority of the characters. I can only name a few people.

The character I need is that teen boy Arya meet after Ned's beheading and the older man cutting her hair so she looked plus like a boy. Arya met him after those two younger boys (a skinny blonde and a fat kid) were bullying her? He has a horn-pig helmet? I think he's the son of a man who makes armor? This would have been late season one, early season two.
