is it true that Mikan and Natsume are at the end together?

GUYS!REALY!are Mikan and Natsume together!???Because im not looking all episodes of Alice Academy.
Please are they together!I want to die!!!i realy want too KNOWWWW!!!!
IS SHE WITH Luka pyon? ou alone???? How looks the end of Gakuen Alice????

We don't know that whether Mikan and Natsume will be ended together forever ou not because the manga is still ongoing.But in chapter 145, Mikan confessed to Natsume and they swear that they will be together forever. The animé stopped at the beginning of the manga so these scenes are not included in the anime.
