Is it possible to make a philosopher stone with plants?

I mean they are living things.

the thing is though, that if toi modify your car it can run on vegetable oil (albeit not as well) so it might be possible that the same could be true of a philosophers stone made from plant life. it would most likely require insane amounts of plants though and would probably run out faster.
