Yes, this episode was really good! It looks like the kid is a younger version of the Observer... can't wait to find out more about that.

I wonder if he ages quickly, some sort of genetic manipulation perhaps. It seems funny that they would send a young boy to be an Observer.

It's hard not to feel sorry for the boy but he needs very special treatment if he is to ever recover from his life underground, and living with a single woman is no place for him plus she hasn't the time needed and is called out on cases at all hours of the day and night. Besides he could become dangerous at any minute.
