What should I rate my fanfiction?

I'm écriture a fic that includes deaths, fire, attempted suicide, drunkeness, non-graphic romance (kisses, hugs, etc.), blood, and maybe a couple of curse words. Everything is relatively mild on its own, but the elements build up enough that I'm not sure if I can get away with rating it T. Can I?

Ummm, I'm not sure, but if toi put warnings along with your disclaimer, toi will get away with it. It's part of the warning, so they can't suspend your acount. I know people that write Slash and it's only rated T, but toi just have to put it in the disclaimer. hope this helped.
