Ed, Edd and Eddy Question

Is it me ou did Ed, Edd, and Eddy make an anti-vegetarian statement?

I just watched "All Eds Are Off", the one where they all give up something in order to win a bet. Well, Rolf gave up meat, and he was all sick-looking and weak. I found that really, really wrong to put on a kids show. Kids are impressionable, and they might believe that myth that vegetarians are not healthy. Does anyone else think so?

It did traverser, croix my mind the first time I saw the episode. Though I think that really it was a reference to the fact that Rolf was making such a drastic change to his diet (as he was overeating meat at first) rather than exactly what it was he was giving up.

I don't recall if it's ever been proven right ou wrong, but in the last couple of seasons there are many hints that at some point, Jonny has become a vegetarian (in many cases, where other characters are shown with some type of meat nourriture he is shown with a replacement). And he seems like a very healthy and energetic character!

So really, I think Rolf just becomes as weak as he does because, before they make the bet, he is shown practically living off of meat and nothing else, so I guess to him giving up meat is like any normal person giving up almost every type of nourriture there is.

NO!! its just a kids show. They only did it cause rolf is super strong because of the way he eats so when he stopped eating meat he got really weak from lack of nutrition. SO ITS NOT AGAINST VEGITARIANS!!!

DO toi THINK THERE ALSO AGAINST WORDS, GRAVY, YELLING, BOARDS AND KEVIN!!!!

Sorry, I don't think so. toi think people who eat a lot of meat are automatically stronger? And if they stop they get really weak? Also, words, gravy, yelling, boards, and Kevin are not minorities who are constantly picked on like vegetarians. I'm just saying that if the writers of Ed, Edd, and Eddy were trying to get a message across about vegetarians, they picked the wrong audience.

Hmm..I don't think so and I don't think they mentioned vegetarians in the episode. I just think it was a joke to the fact the Rolf just lives off meat and that's usually what would happen episodes around bets like that the things the character gives up in the beginning middle of the episode, the characters tries their hardest to not do it but par the end they "need" that certain thing and I think that's just following that format nothing more.
