I picked them, not because they are necessarily the "scariest" but there was a lot of time to build up fear. Trunks scared to poo out of them, and then they stewed in it for three years.

i picked cell bc i recall being very scared when we all figured out goku couldn't beat cell.

but i couldn't dicide between the androids & cell

buu2 because he absorbed strong z fighters

the saiyans got them when they were weak no super saiyan

Cell, becuz he was able to absorb people to gain more power. Imagine your life getting sucked out of you....eck. Buu can absorb fighers, but they're still there inside. Although Buu is the strongest, most of the ordinary ppl didn't get to see him, so they weren't really scared of him.

Frieza had controled 79 planets well Cell absored only some thousands of people but Frieza some thousands of planets!!! xDD

When Goku fought with Cell, he couldn't beat him and I think he made him scared a lot.. Oh Frieza maybe controled thousands of planets, but with Ginryu Force's help.. so I think ppl scared his shouldiers and not Frieza..

Cell brought the most fear to Z fighters.

well cell was on TV and everything, so people would have been scared to see that. But, I think the androids from trunks' future inspired the most fear because they wiped nearly everyone out

It would have to be cell. That sucking humans and other living things is just scary

Frieza. The pure tension of the characters while on Namek surpasses all the others. It just seems hopeless with Frieza. At least with Cell, the Androids, and Buu, the characters were given warnings on what to expect and prepared for it.
