I don't remember Winifred doing anything. In fact I barely remember her. Her kid was cute though.

Out of all the mothers I know ftom the ones mentioned, I think this lady is the worst mother for not understanding her daughter despite being a woman herself, and her mpther, to top it off! >.<

Um... she doesn't do anything. It's hard to know whether she's bad or good.
