Both of them are probably pretty good, but I'll vote for Tiana since she actually does it for a living. I guess we'll never really know, since we can't actually taste their food lol.

The amount of food doesn't affect the taste either. Both sound good though. Hot soup after a hard day is the best but beignets look delicious too.
