Just posté an article on my review for the 2014 French version of Beauty and the Beast. Not Disney, so there's probably not much interest, but maybe this article will encourage plus people to watch it. It's an absolutely gorgeous film that should be viewed at least once par fairy tale fans! If toi liked the 2015 Cinderella, then you'll probably like this since it goes to the roots of the original story.

Me and my mom saw Beauty and the Beast (2017) again but this time with my niece and it was amazing once again. As I was trying to figure out which points in the categories that my old vs new article of Beauty and the Beast would be given, I kept realizing that the remake kept getting most of the points. I've been trying to deny this for a while because I ADORE the original but the remake is better. I don't think the original was perfect like most people think *continues to type in comments*
posté il y a plus d’un an
It has quite a few flaws and I feel like the remake does improve upon the movie and expand upon things, including the relationship of Belle and the Beast. Think back on the original, what conversations do they have where they get to know each other do toi remember? In the remake they have conversations like real people, which makes their relationship develop plus naturally, and they clicked with how they both l’amour to read and Belle has someone who can challange her taste in literacy beyond the whole "women shouldn't read" crap the village does. Plus they learn about each others past and talk about their dreams and desires.il y a plus d’un an
I also don't mind Belle's yellow dress because it is lovely and it makes sense that she would be in too big a hurry to change clothes so she can ride her horse. She wouldn't be able to in the animated dress, it's lovely and is easier for her to get around faster. It's emotional and so well-done! I even think Emma Watson is a really good singer and it's not like Paige O'hara is that great a singer either. But I am still gonna try and not give all the points to the remake and be fair about everything. If toi haven't seen the movie yet, go check it out for yourself.il y a plus d’un an
I know this may come as a shock because we've disagreed in the past, but I completely agree with all of your points. The animated BatB is far from perfect--and honestly, I think most people who think it is are just distracted par their nostalgia. I rewatched the animated one last weekend to compare it to the live action, and the new movie is so much better all around. I'm looking vers l'avant, vers l’avant to your article! :)il y a plus d’un an
I'm going to have to disagree. Don't get me wrong, this remake was good and I like how it updated some stuff while respecting the Disney movie (and even adding some stuff from the og fairytail), but it's not perfect. It's a little slow paced and the jouer la comédie sounded somewhat lack luster. I'm not saying that they aren't good actors, but Emma, Gaston, and the household objects could of been plus expressive. Paige isn't the best singer in terms of DP VAs, but Emma's was heavily edited. Also considering that they put a lot of effort into developing characters, they could of at least donné the prince a proper name. Don't toi think? Before anyone calls me a bias cul, ass fan, I'm not. I actually was excited to see this movie with high expectations. I'll give it points for genuine development, but the animated version is plus powerful , emotional and exciting. That's my personal opinion.il y a plus d’un an
I don't think the remake is perfect either. Honestly, I don't even notice Emma's voice being autotuned. Than again, when I think autotuned I think robotic voices in pop and rap songs. I admit that she's not the best singer in the movie but the same can be a dit about Paige O'hara in the original and definitely nowadays because she didn't take proper care of her voice. I feel like the actors gave the right amount of emotion but that's just my opinion. I was bothered par the name thing as well. Charming got a name in the remake, why can't they give the Beast a name in the remake? Why couldn't they in the original either? Did they think we'd just assume it was the name fans came up with, Adam? There are certain things I feel are grander in the original, despite me prefering the remake par a LITTLE BIT. I think people are just gonna like the version they like for their own reasons but neither are bad films and both are amazing, though not perfect.il y a plus d’un an

Some fans of Rapunzel, Merida, Anna and Elsa consider them to represent the each of the four seasons: Anna = Spring, Rapunzel = Summer, Merida = Autumn, Elsa = Winter. But because they're focused on those four alone, it makes me wonder about the other princesses. So that's what my series of votes is about.

Really?Interesting. For me Anna is summer, Rapunzel & Merida are spring and Elsa is winter obviously:P But in my opinion there are plus obvious ones too, like Ariel,Jasmine summer, Belle autumn. And afunny thing with Aurora, as Briar Rose she is definitely spring but as Aurora she is plus like winter to me, I don't know why XDil y a plus d’un an
Disney ou companies of the franchise did their own version through clipart ou colouring books. Aurora and jasmin were Spring. Cendrillon and Ariel were Summer. Belle was Autumn. I don't know what Snow White was. Mulan and Pocahontas weren't included. I don't think Tiana was either. Just the original six. I agree with toi on Ariel and jasmin definitely summer. Belle, Autumn. Aurora, Spring.il y a plus d’un an

A few days il y a I saw the Power Rangers movie and I absolutely loved it! I loved the racial diversity, that a big budget superhero movie had a superhero with autism (the blue ranger) and another one that is a lesbian (the yellow ranger), the jouer la comédie was great (Particularly Elizabeth Banks as Rita Repulsa), the costumes were awesome, the action was intense, the five main characters are both well-developed with their own arcs and have a STRONG chemistry *continues to type in comments*
posté il y a plus d’un an
The story was well-paced and very flowing in a way toi can understand, is mises à jour the Power Rangers in a way that makes it plus serious but also has its campiness and the balance is kept perfectly, and the characters are so likable! So what's wrong with it? Well, there are two problems and unfortunately one of them is a BIG problem. First of all, with the less important problem, Krispy Cream plays too much of a plot element in this movie. Talk about product placement! The other problem that is a pretty BIG problem is that they don't get into their Suits – Avocats sur Mesure until the last third. I mean, the movie is great even before than but it's like if Batman didn't put his suit on until the last third of a movie. Plus it's called the POWER RANGERS! But there are gonna be sequels, so we'll likely see plus of them in their Suits – Avocats sur Mesure later on. So check out the movie and judge for yourself.il y a plus d’un an

posté il y a plus d’un an
My question for the jour is that why are female characters often portrayed with bigger eyes and longer eyelashes than males? I mean if toi look at people IRL eye size isn't correlated with gender (more so with bébés and children than anything else) and if toi look at some classics, Snow White and the prince had eyes that were the same size even though Snow was an innocent 14 an old.
posté il y a plus d’un an
With eyelashes, mean clearly have longer eyelashes than women IRL so unless a woman is wearing false lashes I don't see how that became a feminine thing. I'm not complaining btw, I'm just really curious on how these stuff became a rule in designing characters. (Although there's nothing wrong with breaking these rules ofc!)il y a plus d’un an
I've no idea where that came from. But you're right. It is an interesting phenomenon... Perhaps, it is just a cartoonist's style. Cartoonists have many different styles.il y a plus d’un an
I think they want to made the current animated female characters are plus cute with huge eyes, plus it was (maybe) inspired from animé eyes.il y a plus d’un an

Because I had read at least one bad review and I already knew some spoilers from users from this group/spot. There were a few scenes which I thought worked better in the animated version. I wasn't impressed par Belle's costumes until the ending white and orange dress came on screen. I'm glad Bellle was smarter and had plus of a purpose than in the animated version. In the original I thought she was...
posté il y a plus d’un an
a flat character compared to Gaston, the furniture, Maurice and more. She's not perfect now, but it's an improvement. Be our guest was the most amazing performance, just like in the animated version. I loved the new scenes, new songs, Lefou's character development, making him gay was a good decision, extra magical scenes and added details that weren't in the original. I think no one left the cinema screen with dry eyes. I cried twice! And that's a very good sign for me. It means I enjoyed it so much that I'll come back and see it a seconde time.il y a plus d’un an
Oh and Emma's chant is amazingly very similar to animated Belle's chant voice. The reprise of Belle wasn't as passionate and special as the animated version though.il y a plus d’un an
My least favourite character in the live action version was The Beast. His rage wasn't scary enough. I might have to write an article about my thoughts on this. If I keep écriture on here, all of the spoilers are going to come pouring out!il y a plus d’un an
Emma Watson giving an Oscar-worthy performance in BATB is laughable and makes me wonder if people here have ever actually seen an Oscar winning actress's work.
posté il y a plus d’un an
I watch every Oscar nominated movie each an and while I don't think any BATB performance is Oscar-worthy, I know there are people who were winning Oscars for even less deserving performances before. But guess what, that's my opinion. Everyone can have theirs and I don't think that's laughable.il y a plus d’un an
Nah asteriamalfoy is right. Almost anybody who says a performance like Emma Watson's in BATB is "Oscar-worthy" is most likely the kind of person who never watches the Oscars/Watches none of the films nominated for one, and instead just holds the Oscars as a standard to mean a performane they enjoyed. Emma Watson's performance may not be terrible, and sure there maybe actors nominated for Oscars in their 89 an history that have been worse, but that certainly doesn't make her performance worthy of one.il y a plus d’un an

Hi everyone! It's been a long time since I was last here, but I saw Beauty and the Beast (2017) today and I needed to check in with toi all. Even though I'm hardly a fan of the animated version, I absolutely LOVED this one! Just like with the live action Cinderella, I found that this adaptation solved a lot of the plot holes and wonderfully expanded the characters. I had so many doubts going into the movie, especially because I've never really liked the original, but this was absolutely amazing!
posté il y a plus d’un an
Emma Watson exceeded my expectations in a major way, especially with her chant (I thought it would be awful, but it turns out that she has a pretty yet understated voice). Josh Gad was adorable. Dan Stevens was extremely handsome at the end and perfectly cruel at the beginning. Luke Evans was impressively villainous and sadistic, instead of merely keeping Gaston as an oafish jerk.il y a plus d’un an
I loved the plot mises à jour and character adjustments. The feminist and LGBT representation elements (not to mention the amazing racial diversity!) were perfectly suited to the 21st century and I could not be prouder of Disney right now. I saw it early this afternoon and I'm still smiling at how beautiful the whole thing was. 10/10, would ABSOLUTELY recommend. plus than the animated version, definitely.il y a plus d’un an
I just saw it and I absolutely loved it! As a huge fan of the animated version, I was not disappointed with the end result. I pretty much agree with what toi said, except for the animated version is my personal favori and I don't really like Emma's chant voice haha xDil y a plus d’un an

I just got back from seeing the live-action version of Beauty and the Beast with friends, and I've gotta say-it was a hell of alot better than I expected! Some new parts I didn't understand, but I'll grow to l’amour them, like I did with the new songs. Plus, I LOVED the added twists and backstories. I l’amour that we get a backstory explaining why the Beast is the way he is and why the servants were punished, the chemistry of Belle and Beast was spot on, and they actually took the lamest character from the movie (Lefou) and actually made him a likable and fun character that toi can be sympathetic towards. He's nowhere near the awesome, complex, and sympathetic level of Anastasia Tremaine but I don't think the LGBT supporters will be disappointed that he was made gay because he is a really likable character with plus depth to him. Even with people boycotting the movie for that I can promise toi that Disney it NOT going to lose money from it because when I saw it, the movie was SOLD OUT and when I left the theatre there was another sold out group ready to see it! I HIGHLY recommend it! It's my favori of all of Disney's live-action remakes!il y a plus d’un an

Beauty and the Beast is everything I wished for. SPOILERS, kind of? Basically, it's like critics said: it's not a new story like Maleficent, it's not even an updated story like Cinderella. It's completely the same story as the animated one, only in live-action. Except for critics that was a problem, and for me that was a great relief. I didn't wanted to see my favourite characters ruined again (still amer about Maleficent and some of OUAT's characters' depiction). Belle in the movie was
posté il y a plus d’un an
amazing. Her personality was a little updated from the animated one, to make her plus modern, I guess. She was still the same Belle for me and she was lovely. Emma Watson made a great job. Disney's casting is always great, even if they change the story like in Maleficent and Alice in Wonderland. musique was spectacular of course and I definitely prefer live-action versions of songs over animated ones. In short, I loved this movie. Maybe not as much as animated one, but that's simply because I enjoy animated films more, as it's my favourite genre. I was, and still am, against Disney idea to remake its classics into live-action (Lion King, really?), but if they must do that, I hope they will all be made like Beauty and the Beast.il y a plus d’un an
I'd have to respectfully disagree, I think Emma Watson as belle was a terrible choice, as was most of the other casting choices. However, I'm glad toi enjoyed itil y a plus d’un an
I'm glad toi l’amour this movie, and that it just retread the same ground. I don't have a full comment, yet, having not watched it at all, fully. I am quasi-dissatisfied with Emma being cast as Belle ( just as I was at the beginning, because I don't think Emma was good in Harry Potter, Noah, ou any other films in which I've seen her. I'd rather have seen Charlize Theron ou someone else). The beast's CGI messed up the Jean Cocteau version whereas the French 2014 version got it right. The CGI for the Il était une fois objects turned me off, because they look like "painted-on faces" ou no faces at all. Probably the only great casting is Luke Evans as Gaston ( he, at least, came across as believable from The Hobbit). I hope the movie doesn't end up being a major disappointment for me...but at this point, having already seen clips of Emma chant and acting, and seeing the CGI fill up so much l’espace where story and characterization was supposed to go... Nah.il y a plus d’un an

Ok I wasn't going to say anything because I didn't want to start a débats but for so-called Disney fans (I'm not just talking about on here btw), a company that teaches people to be open-minded and accepting of others, some people aren't very accepting. Come on, it's LeFou... the guy who sings a whole song about how amazing Gaston is... it's not such a reach that the character is gay. It's 2017, it's about time there is an *explicitly* gay character (not an implied one) in a Disney movie. If people don't like it and think that it'll negatively affect their kids then I think it says plus about them than it does Disney, tbh. People have no problem in these films with murder, manipulation, lust, prejudice, violence, but... a guy in l’amour with another guy..? THE WORST. THE WORST SIN EVER. Ridiculous.il y a plus d’un an

the people in charge are responsible to find actrices who aren't just decent singers, but people who are phenomenal at both. It's not rare to find amazing actrices who are also amazing singers. Emma watson's voice is cute at best. Anyway, the songs have way too many instrumental breaks and often times the ensemble doesn't seem to harmonize well, they all seem to sing in the same pitch (at least in the belle song).il y a plus d’un an

I understand your feeling :( I have a Wikia account in Disney Wiki too. Last an I uploaded some images that I took from Youtube and Alex2424121 messages me and he gets mad as the images are have black lines. The bureaucrat at Disney wiki is annoying, that's why I rarely editing pages there -_-il y a plus d’un an
@JaDangerz, so sorry to hear this :/ Like mangouste said, that AlexNumber seems a little too high up for his own good. :/ I can't stand people like him. It's just a shame people like him are ruining other people's work. It should not be like that! I'd say, just keep on doing what it is you're doing. The Disney Wiki ain't his page alone! toi have every right to be there as he does!il y a plus d’un an
Elena of Avalor has recently appeared on a Disney Princess official video, plus she had a coronation at Walt Disney World. Do toi think she might be added to the lineup? Maybe as a "special guest princess" Thoughts?
posté il y a plus d’un an
I'm not sure, since Elena is from tv montrer and not from a movie. Anna and Elsa are also included in several Disney Princess official videos, but they aren't added to the lineup. She won't be added, I guess.il y a plus d’un an
Dear judges and contestants of the Disney Sequel Contest,
I'm sorry that I've fallen behind, but I've been very busy with work. Also my Dad still isn't completely well from the illness he had in the fall of last an that put him in the hospital, and we found out that he's going to need surgery. His surgery is scheduled for this week, and I'm sure that I'll be even busier after that. (continues in comments...)
posté il y a plus d’un an
I would appreciate if the judges would go ahead and vote for this round. I'm working to finish my interview but it is going to take me a while.il y a plus d’un an
I'm starting to think that maybe Zootopia having a sequel would be a good idea. First of all, NO, there hasn't been any word from Disney on doing a sequel to Zootopia that I know of. But there are things they could explore plus of that we didn't see in the movie. See how animaux that are reptiles, birds, and aquatic live in this world and how they're viewed par the land mammals. Also, maybe have the sequel make it clear that Judy and Nick are NOT a couple and are JUST FRIENDS!
posté il y a plus d’un an
Okay, maybe that last part isn't that important, but still. I hear people complain that there aren't enough platonic friendships between the opposite sex in Disney films (especially as the main relationship) and when they do I see a lot of these same people ship them and say they're a couple. HYPOCRITES ALL AROUND! MDRil y a plus d’un an
Hi guys, while listening to Josh Groban's Evermore, I was wondering if he's going to dub Dan Stevens for the film ou is it going to play at the ending credits??? Because I'm dying to hear Dan Stevens chant this song.
posté il y a plus d’un an
Okay, this song will be playing when the scene is "The Beast Let's Belle Go." Thank goodness they picked Groban, who could carry the melody and bring the power with it.il y a plus d’un an
Omg, how horrible!! Another cheap series with an extremely lazy animation :(( My poor Launchpad McQuack , he looks horrible! I loved Ducktales when I was a kid! and Launchpad McQuack was my favori ^^il y a plus d’un an
Boy that looks bad. They made Webby boy-crazy and they took elements from the Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck. Let's just hope that's all they copied from Rosa.il y a plus d’un an
Just read the interview with Emma Watson where she a dit Pocahontas was her favourite Disney Princess. So happy to hear that, I think it's very rare for someone to have her as their favourite and I am always happy for Pocahontas to get plus l’amour :3. She's an amazing character.

If Disney ever decides to do a LGBT princess film, maybe they should do one based on Xena: The Warrior Princess since she is with Gabrielle. What do toi think?
posté il y a plus d’un an
Omg, Xena was my childhood. But I don't think it belongs to Disney (does NBC have anything to do with Disney?) and I am pretty sure even after all these years it's still too populaire for NBC to even want to sell the rights to someone else. Personally I like that they started to make their own stories, like Rebelle and Merida, and kind of hope they will stick to that.il y a plus d’un an
^I wanted to say Rebelle and Moana, not Rebelle and Merida, MDR :). Anyway, lately I was wondering, if there would be LGBT princess one jour and she would end up with another girl at the end of her movie... wouldn't that technically mean we would have two new princesses, not one :)?il y a plus d’un an
I'd be interested after a fashion. It depends on the "temperment" of the princess, though. Merida isn't one of my favorites, and Moana is likable, but I haven't loved her, yet.il y a plus d’un an
Hmm getting crossover ideas...Meroana. Yeah, pronounce it like Marijuana. Well, not I have to make at least one picture. Just for the ship name XDil y a plus d’un an
Having a bit of a ranking crisis right now... Thinking of moving Mulan and Poca down and Aurora, Cinderella, and jasmin up... but Mulan used to be my favori DP and Poca just seems really cool so it's weird >.<

^La La Land was GOOD. I saw that movie. It isn't overrated at all. Zootopia was pretty much a shoe-in for winning, anyway. But that's good. :)il y a plus d’un an
kubo's still the winner in my heart. :/ i liked zootopia, it was just a little too polished for me; seemed insincere in a way, i guess.il y a plus d’un an
Kubo should be the winner in my opinion, but I am happy for Zootopia :). I think Zootopia deserved it far plus than Moana. Also happy about Piper, and a little disappointed Can't Stop the Feeling from Trolls didn't win the song xDil y a plus d’un an
I guess imdb killed their message boards??? I used to post over there sometimes, and I know some of toi guys did too (@wavesurf and @audreyfreak, i think?) It's too bad, I really liked the animation board. :(
posté il y a plus d’un an
It's so stupid. I didn't post on there much but everytime I watched a movie I'd go on there to see other people's interpretations/if there was anything I'd missed/etc. It's such a stupid decision to remove it, I think many users won't use the site as much anymore. There were many trolls but that's inevitable, there was a 'community' feel to the site which has gone.il y a plus d’un an
^ money, probably. it costs a certain amount to keep the board running and maybe they felt it wasn't worth maintaining. also i think people see message boards as outdated, they'd probaly rather generate discussion over social media like Facebook ou something, idkil y a plus d’un an
I'm really going to miss them. Like mongoose, I went to the message boards after I watched a film ou a tv series to see others interpretations and their wonderings. I recently went there twice, thinking the boards were still there after watching three seasons of Game of Thrones and Ouija: Origin of Evil.il y a plus d’un an

Today I turned 33(!) I wonder if I'm one of the oldest users here at the Princess Spot :P Had a great jour and somewhat a horrified day! One of my best Friends dog bit my nose, so it started bleeding really bad, but I'm okay now. Was quite a shock, but I'm not angry at the dog, she was just a happy puppy, who likes to bite and it was an acident, but still, it hurt pretty bad. Went to the doctor, but she a dit I was okay. Still, I got a vaccination so I don't get infected with anything.

Happy Birthday, Prue!!! Glad toi didn't need stitches for that overreactive puppy, lol. As to your question, I am 33, myself. I will be turning 34 in April. Don't worry about it. Age means nothing if toi l’amour something. <3il y a plus d’un an
Hi there everyone, I'm right now in Tokyo and it's an amazing city. And this past Friday I was in Tokyo Disneyland and wow, I loved the park so much. I watched Mickey's Philharmagic for the first time and even though it was in Japanese I was still able to understand the story since there wasn't a lot of dialouge Also I saw a La Reine des Neiges parade there and it was amazing too And tomorrow I'm heading to Kyoto and then I go back to Tokyo on Tuesday, Kyoto will feel very small in comparsion to Tokyo

I'm not making this post to brag, but I had to share this with toi guys. Most of toi probably know about a tumblr blogger called TheNamelessDoll and you've likely seen A LOT of her work. She's done pictures of animated heroines with short hair, gifs of Disney heroines as mermaids, and has done a pretty populaire (and GORGEOUSLY done) Non/Disney crossover video series called To Belong on Youtube. I've been fortunate enough to have quite a few chats with her *continues to type in comments*

I've showed her some of my own work and she thought they were great. She even follows me on tumblr and deviantart. I never dreamed someone like her would follow me. Plus she's really nice every time we've talked. I don't ever expect a speedy response from her for obvious reasons but we have had chats that have been great. I much prefer famous bloggers who will talk to their fans/followers because toi get to know them as a person. Well, I must be getting back to my homework. YUCK!il y a plus d’un an
Hi guys, I managed to watch Dan Brown's Inferno and I'm quite impressed with it. It's slightly different from the book and it's definitely a must see.

Ever have that moment when toi type a commentaire ou a post in the Unpopular Confessions forum that turned out WAY longer than toi thought it would be? I know I've had plenty of those. Tonight I had it in the Disney Princess Unpopular Confessions forum where I explained why I think The Princess and the Frog technically has a better soundtrack than Frozen. NO, I'm NOT getting back on the La Reine des Neiges hate bandwagon! It's MAJORLY overrated but still a good movie. I'm such a WINDBAG!

FINALLY watched Moana. I really enjoyed it!! The animation is one of the most visually stunning I've ever seen. For me the movie Lost a bit of its charm in the middle (that stupid crab) but it picked up again. Moana is cool, I'm not sure if I l’amour her but I definitely like her, I think she'd be a good addition to the lineup. Oh and listening to the soundtrack on repeat <3
posté il y a plus d’un an
Happy toi liked it. Yeah, I agree about liking Moana but not being sure if I l’amour her. It's a solid movie, with a catchy soundtrack. ;)il y a plus d’un an
@Mongoose: Pua reminded me of Sven ( with the bit parts), while Hei-hei reminded me of Olaf for some reason ( since he got way plus screentime). Peculiar, I know... :)il y a plus d’un an
It's not real but a fan made up a poster of a mock princess film called Punched and it's really getting a lot of attention on the internet. About a princess who is an undefeated boxer. link
posté il y a plus d’un an
^Interesting.... But the "supposed plotline" does seem very formulaic to me. It's the pedestrian "boxing plotline" of every boxing movie you've ever seen, combined with the boring plotline of "finally realizing that other people matter to you" from TP&TF.il y a plus d’un an
That's cool since James Earl Jones voiced Mufasa in the original, but this is probably the most unneeded of all the live-action remakes, tbh.il y a plus d’un an
Live Action Lion King?! The movie that has NO human characters is going to be a LIVE ACTION movie?! Are they going to use real lions?? ou put CGI lion in front of a live action background?! ...... Actually, I'm looking vers l'avant, vers l’avant to this.... It see how the hell they manage to pull this one off!il y a plus d’un an
I hope it gets canceled. A live-action movie where all the characters are animated is not a live-action. "The Jungle Book" is a different case, because it's plus like a new adaptation of Kipling's work with some inspiration taken from the animated film.il y a plus d’un an
Okay, just now I was watching the scene where Cruella orders Horace and Jaspar to kill the puppies, I read many of the commentaires shortly after finishing watching that I could NOT control my laughter! Man that scene cracks me up! SOMEBODY PLEASE SAVE ME FROM MY LAUGHTER!!!!

Today just sucked! First my teacher for my directing class who a dit she would email what she wanted us to do for out suivant class (Which is tomorrow) and she didn't send it until JUST NOW! My Advanced Stagecraft teacher didn't teach us anything and just had us run around the theater doing his busy work like we're his little elves! First of all, this kind of work we have to get 20 hours of outside of class and we're not supposed to do during class *continues to type in comments*
posté il y a plus d’un an
Secondly, since we don't get those hours to count as outside class hours because it was done during class. That teacher just wasted our time when he should've been doing is freaking job and taught us something! Plus with what a rude asshole he is, that makes it much harder for me to get through that class. Also when he left early and told us we could go, he suddenly says "Oh wait! toi guys stay behind and help with the set!" and he meant it! I wanted to coup de poing him in the freaking face! Along with that, I have to finish two papers before Friday while trying to hold on to what little sanity I have!il y a plus d’un an
Thanks guys! I don't plan on jouer la comédie on my thoughts because of how my older half-brother that was on drugs for a long time committed suicide and put my family through so much pain. I don't care how bad my thoughts are, I don't plan on EVER going through with it! But thanks for the concern.il y a plus d’un an
Well, I was just reminded why I try to avoid the animé fandom! I'm not speaking for all of them, of course, but so many are such overly-dramatic, immature, childish, and irritating big bébés that can't accept a different opinion. Those type of annoying crazed fans are worse than any fandom I've seen in anything Disney and I've seen PLENTY of annoying fans in Disney fandoms! I say I don't care for the animé drawing style and explain why and it's some big drama!
posté il y a plus d’un an
Totally! I also have bad experience with some of animé fans. Most of them are a bunch of bigots that pretend animé is the best of them all, conpared with dessins animés and other shows! Seems I'm not the only one who thinks like that. Don't say anything bad about animé with them and they would be so crazy!il y a plus d’un an
I know it's super late, but I finally saw Moana! Honestly it was plus better than I expected. It's such a nice and entertaining movie. Moana is a great character, she's quick-thinking and selfless, she's a mix of Pocahontas, Ariel, and Mulan. The animation is breathtakingly beautiful, the instrumental and songs are quitely nice but I feel most of them are tend to be forgotten. (Continues typing in the comments)
posté il y a plus d’un an
Yeah, the plot isn't really new, it often used for some précédant Disney movies. But the strongest appeals from this movie are the stunning animation and instrumental that are so "ethnic". My favori songs from this movie are How Far I’ll Go, We Know The Way, and I am Moana. I especially l’amour the voice of Moana, Auli’I Cravalho doing the great job although she’s a newcomer. I start to dislike Maui. He is plus like a jerk, selfish, and overproud with himself, with thrown Moana on the sea for a few times and leave her alone. All of the disaster happen in Motunui and the sea were his fault. I’d like to see plus about Pua, he’s a cute little piggy, rather than the dumb Hei Hei. Though, I still wonder the reason why the ocean choose Moana. Also, the reason why Maui a volé, étole the cœur, coeur of Te Fiti, it doesn’t explained much during the movie. I’m surprised there is no twist-villain type like Disney usually use that concept with villains from précédant Revival era movies.il y a plus d’un an
Overall, this is a good movie. Not the best, but still good to watch. Though it was part of Revival era movies, didn’t know why it feels plus like Renaissance movie rather than Revival movie imo.il y a plus d’un an
I know exactly how toi feel, the plot isn't so strong but the character of Moana, songs and animation plus that tribal feel make it worth watching I must say watching Hei Hei was funny and ye I would like to see the cute pig plus but I didn't mind they put that chicken it was funny, the movie couldn't clearly explain as for why Maui a volé, étole the cœur, coeur and neither why Moana was chosen(maybe because she was going to be "head" /"leader") but that again doesn't make sense.il y a plus d’un an
Hey! I'm going to cosplay Aurora at a convention in March! I got most of the stuff for her peasant outfit (blouse, bodice, skirt), I just need a headband!

Last night, I went to see The Lego Batman Movie with some friends, and I have to admit-it was better than I thought it would be. I didn't want to see it because 1. I didn't care anything about it. 2. Harley Quinn was played par Jenny Slate, who I HATE for personal reasons. Anyway, there were loads of funny moments and I consider this an every-now-and-this watch.
posté il y a plus d’un an
Well, I finished watching Lady and the Tramp and it is a very nice and entertaining film. I do think it's overrated but is still a good movie, not great. The animation is good, the characters are likable, the songs are memorable, the romance I've started to find to be actually cute, and I even like Tramp now. I still prefer Scamp over him par FAR, but I do like Tramp now. I do appreciate the movie artistically plus than I actually like it *continues to type in comments*
posté il y a plus d’un an
When toi think about it, this movie has very little story and is plus character driven. Luckily, the characters are likable enough but aren't really enough to keep me interested. With The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh it works much better, despite the lack of story. Anyway, the lack of story makes it kind of boring, I wish we could've seen plus of the Siamese chats because they were a lot of fun in a despicable way, the development of the romance and Tramp as a character are decent but needed work, and Trusty's "death" was pointless since he is montrer to be alive later during Christmas. So what was the point of that? I personally think, despite unpopular opinion, that the sequel Scamp's Adventure is better in every aspect and has an actual story, plus has a little plus of an edge and a message for both kids and adults. Just my opinion that I know people will disagree with but that's nothing new.il y a plus d’un an
About Trusty's death, he was suppose to die. When Jock starts howling, that was suppose to montrer that Trusty was dead. They changed it later on for some reason (I think something to do with Bambi's mom's death??).il y a plus d’un an
^ montrer him motionless is different than montrer him dead, though. At any rate, this movie will always be one of my favoris :). I do think it also outdoes its sequel - better music, plus natural character interactions, etc.il y a plus d’un an
Glad toi like it plus now! I definitely agree that it's plus character-driven than plot-driven but I l’amour the two main characters so that helps haha. I'd say it's a movie that isn't overrated nor underrated but that's my opinion. I'm glad Trusty didn't die, I'd be a wreck, I think they changed it because test audiences didn't like it but I could be wrong.. I l’amour the sequel too but I haven't seen it in a while.il y a plus d’un an
Greetings to all! It's been a while since I've been here. Not too much luck with the boyfriend's parents thing. They came around for a minute but I guess it was all fake.
