Kind of obvious not in lust

It is clear that it is not lust, especially on Belle's part. She was interested int he castle and the curse, bt they did get to know one another and spend time with each other. They grow to love one another

lol, someone actually picked lust? Their relationship is the COMPLETE opposite of lust. Lust is what Gaston has for Belle, which is obviously not the same as Belle/Beast's relationship.

Well, I've always believed that the Beast's feelings were not unselfish in the begging.
He saw Belle and thought :She can save me from being a Beast.
He and the other sidekicks talked about how she could save them and broke the bad spell.
And it is undeniable for me that no matter what kind of girl would go into the castle , would be good enough for the Beast-to break the spell (that's what he'd thought).
BUT
she managed to chance him and he finally fall in love with her.But that was in the middle-ending of the movie.
Belle on the other hand..., well, this could be one definition of love; Finding beauty in something which at first seems terryfing and love it.
