It's been discussed lately which princess is plus Mary Sue-ish. Belle, Snow White, Rapunzel, Cinderella... all these have been mentioned. I'm ashamed to say that I a dit (that sounds strange) that Rapunzel was the most Mary Sue-ish princess (though I also a dit there was a far marge from her to a Mary Sue).

I wish we would stop talking about which princess is the most Mary Sue-ish, because none of them are. In this article I'm going to try and prove it. I'll liste some flaws they have, and I'm going to name what I think is their fatal flaw. I'm dividing these articles par era, because I need to rewatch some of these movies, so this article is only about the Classic Princesses. Without further ado, let's begin with Princess Number 1:

Snow White

I'm still unsure what Snow White's fatal flaw is: either her stubborness ou her naivety. If she had stopped and listened to her animal friends, she wouldn't have allowed the witch in her house. But her naivety also helped. Earlier on the movie she said, "But she'll never find me here!". Snow White is so wrapped in her innocence and optimism that it can turn to naivety: sometimes she fails to see the bottle full.

Snow White is also very disobedient: she lets a strange inside the house, even though the Dwarfs warned her not to. It's their house, so shouldn't she obey their orders? Snow White's vivid imagination can also turn against her: when she's running through the woods, she start to imagine all sort of creatures and monsters. Snow also can come across as a bit of a nag: she blackmails the Dwarfs into washing their hands, ou they "won't have a bite to eat".

She is manipulative: sure, none of her manipulations are for evil, but she still uses her natural charm and the skills she mastered to get what she wants. Tiana a dit in The Princess and the Frog: "The quickest way to a man's cœur, coeur is through his stomach". Well, Tia, Snow taught this lesson way before you.

Inside every Princess there is an Evil Queen... ou a Manipulative Boss.
Inside every Princess there is an Evil Queen... ou a Manipulative Boss.

Cinderella

Cinderella's fatal flaw is allowing her emotions to get hold of herself. This is displayed a couple of times: first is when she fails to notice Gus is in one of the teacups in Anastasia's breakfast tray. She is on a hurry, we can notice that par the way she moves quickly, so she doesn't stop to check if everything is in order. She doesn't even see Lucifer under the table!

The seconde time is when the mice present her with the dress. She never once stops and thinks, "Wait. Where did all this come from? Where did toi get these sash and beads?" She is wrapped up in her joy and she can't see beyond it.

The third time is when she delays in leaving the ball. She was feeling so happy, beautiful and loved, and the mood was so romantic, that she only left when the clock was already striking twelve.

The fourth (and most important) time is when she daydreams in front of her stepmother and hums the waltz So This is Love. Lady Tremaine notices she was the girl the Prince fell for, and locks her up without her stepdaughter noticing. And when she was locked up, she didn't think of anything to help her out until the mice brought her the key (then she told the birds to fetch Bruno so he could scare Lucifer away). But I think it's unfair to say Cendrillon didn't work for her happy ending, because all the help she received from the mice was because she cared for them all these years, including sewing for them = hard work.

Like I a dit above, Cendrillon can be distracted, and this can also be noticed in the fact that she is always losing her shoes. She did it three times: when she was going upstairs to serve breakfast, at the ball and at her wedding. Of course, this isn't a flaw, but it adds to her flaw, so that's why I'm mentioning it.

Cendrillon can also be amer and angry, and she was going to beat Lucifer with her balai, genêt à balais because he messed the floor she was cleaning. For an animal friend, Cindy doesn't have high standarts.

Cendrillon can also be a hypocrite: she says "They can't order me to stop dreaming", yet she admonishes Bruno for dreaming of chasing Lucifer. Of course, she was only worried for his well-being, but it's still a bit contradictory.

 Anger issues much?
Anger issues much?

Aurora

Aurora doesn't have a fatal flaw. But that is because she isn't the protagonist of her movie: sure, the story revolves around her, but the main characters are the three fairies. They are responsible for most of the action and their screentime is bigger than any other character's in that movie.

However, Aurora do have flaws: her biggest one is that she doesn't stand up for herself. She never argues with the fairies, "Why did toi hide it from me? Why did toi do that?". After she leaves the man she loved and the life she knew before behind, she is left pratically lifeless, like a puppet. She doesn't even speak anymore.

Aurora can be pessimistic, because she fails to see the good side of things. She could have thought, "I'm a princess! I'm rich now!" but she only thought of the bad side of things. She is also quite childish. She complains about being treated like a child, but when toi think about it, that's exactly what Aurora is: a child.

Aurora is indecisive: she tells Phillip they'll never see each other again, but in the suivant moment she is planning to meet him at the cottage. And like Cinderella, Aurora can become distracted and Lost in her daydreaming: she doesn't even notice when Phillip sneaks up behind her, and he's holding her hands.

 Behind you!
Behind you!

So that is it. This is part 1 of my serie of articles. I'll (hopefully) have part 2 written and finished soon.

Thank toi to everyone who participated in this countdown! I had lots of fun organizing this, and I hope toi had fun voting and commenting. :)

11. Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs

Walt's first full length animated film was a technological masterpiece during its time, but unfortunately it doesn't hold up so well 80 years later. fans didn't like how stiff the characters look ou how inconsistent the animation is.

The animation looks odd and stiff, the couleurs are dull, and not much attractive as others have. ~Sparklefairy375
I agree with MaidofOrleans & Sparklefairy375. For the time it was made in,...

We wish toi a Merry Christmas!
We wish you a Merry Christmas!
So, imagine if all of the princesses gather together on Christmas Eve and here are the lists of famous carols ou any songs that are Christmas related from famous Christmas films.

1. Believe (The Polar Express)

I absolutely adore this song from the film, it was originally sung par Josh Groban but was later covered par Jackie Evancho. The lyrics has a message about believing during Christmas especially.

2. As Long as There's Christmas (Beauty and the Beast: The Il était une fois Christmas)

Since this is Belle's song, the other princesses can rejoindre in as the chorus ou they could 'echo' her words when she sings...

Hello guys!! To those who recognize me, I hope you're all doing well! I've been busy with college apps and life in general, but I've been well! To those who don't, nice to meet you! I used to frequent this site a couple years ago. :) Anyway I'm just going to go straight into the review! There won't be any large plot type spoilers, but if toi want to go in knowing absolutely nothing, I would recommend not reading!

I just got accueil from seeing this beautiful film and I need to let out all my feelings somewhere, but hopefully this will be somewhat coherent and not come across as a giant rant...

Now a lot of toi are probably thinking, 'bluethunder25 Gothel can't be redeemed because first of all, she was 'too evil,' and two, she died from old aging and turned to dust.

Well as toi know, I've stated in précédant articles that I don't feel Gothel is entirely evil. As for the seconde one, if Gothel did in fact turn to dust, then I say, that means she has a good chance to come back to life which also means she has a good chance of a redemption. How? Allow me to explain.

Now first of all, before toi all freak out, no, Gothel's redemption won't be overnight, in fact, for Gothel's redemption arc,...

Princess of Bohemia ou Russia? toi decide!
Princess of Bohemia or Russia? You decide!
Alright, since I had done a Hispanic princess, here is how a Slavic princess will look like.

1. Natalie Glebova (Miss Universe 2005, Canada)

A Canadian of Russian origins, she has the looks for a typical Slavic princess if Disney were to make a Russian princess.

2. Anna Buturlina (Elsa's and Tiana's Russian chant Voice)

The seconde choice for a Russian princess, she also did the chant voice for Princess Tiana as well as Elsa!

3. Ksenia Sukhinova (Miss World 2008, Russia)

Another Russian beauty who won Miss World 2008 in South Africa, In fact, Natalie is the runner-up to her. Especially their...

With Disney's Moana coming up, I'm so pumped up for plus princess stuff. It inspired me to make an article about my favori songs of all the movies. And be reminded, I l’amour all the songs; these are just my haut, retour au début favorite. Enjoy! xx

5. Tale As Old As Time

Most people would probably go for "Something There," but, to be honest, this song is so beautiful. When I first watched it, I could feel the chemistry between Belle and the Beast and it literally made me so happy. The background is beautiful, the dancing is so precious, and Angela Lansbury's voice is perfect for this part. I would've cried,...

Hi guys, since nobody had done this, what toi guys are going to read are possible future hairstyles for a princess. Ready?

Rose Bukater's 2 Hairstyles

Only 2 hairstyles made it as a possible hairstyle for a princess, especially if it's a princess from the Victorian ou Edwardian Era set in Europe! I just l’amour these 2 hairstyles as it looks very classy.

Scarlett O Hara's 2 Hairstyles

Another possible choice for the a princess, initially I had great difficulties over which one is the best. But ultimately, both are the best like Rose!

Liesl Von Trapp's Hairstyle

Honestly, this is the only hairstyle that I really like, it looks simple and yet elegant.

The Choice is Up to You!

So, do toi agree with the choice that I made?

 Castle!
Castle!
Hi guys, I'm not sure if anybody of toi all did this, but here are my favourite Disney Princess Castles in aléatoire order. However, I will not include both Tiana's and Pocahontas's one.

1) Snow White's Castle

Like all typical European castles, especially during the medieval times. Snow White's château is actually very medieval for the story's time and the colours also represents the story emotions.

2) Cinderella's Castle

When I first watch this movie, I initially it was an imitation of Snow White's castle.
It wasn't until the 2015 reboot that it did not continue the stereotype of the architecture...

Which Disney Princess got to live in the most beautiful house? Which ruled the hearts of fans - the cottages, mansions ou humble homes?
Fans have voted and results are in! Here's a look how fans ranked the DP homes.

12. Aladdin's home:
Most fans understood that this barely counted as a home, but plus like a shelter to rest at night. It barely had anything, not even a door. Even though it had a great view, beautiful it surely wasn't.

anukriti2409: This is really an abandoned place, which Aladin uses for shelter. It's really downtrodden, with no furniture ou gate ou windows ou curtains. It's...

 1. Sparkly dress
1. Sparkly dress
We now begin a new era of Disney the Renaissance. Disney Princesses are coming in fast and we start with Ariel. I will not be including her as a Mermaid simply because this is her as a woman in a dress not with a tail on. If I was to rate her as a mermaid it would be 10 but as a human 0. I will also not involve her night wear.

1. Sparkly dress
Ariel is now a human she walks from under the sea to meet prince Eric, but unable to speak for now. Her dress made par Triton is a sparkly silver dress with no accessories on her. It may be nice evening but for me it's missing something attention seeking...

1. Working dress
Hi there, My suivant princess will be Cinderella. She has a few plus outfits than snow white so we will be having plus information today.

1. Working dress
I must begin par saying it's not a dress It's just a blue haut, retour au début with a brown like vest on, brown skirt, white tablier with brown flat plump shoes. Like snow whites it's not an outfit toi would go on a rendez-vous amoureux, date with ou meet a handsome prince but for a worker then its the best for the job. 5/10

2. Ball dress A
Those step sisters just can't stand her and her dress as it was quickly destroyed. The dress is a rose mainly with a white lower section, rose heels...

6. Snow White's brown and white dress

Hi everyone!

So I thought that since toi often hear a lot of negative things about the Disney Princesses from people on fanpop that it'd be cool to hear some positive opinions that other Fanpoppers hold.

Maybe it could change a view of yours. Who knows?

Why We l’amour Snow White:

MaidofOrleans:
I l’amour Snow White for her unending optimism. I would argue that she is the most optimistic of the DPs, and I l’amour her message that "you're the one who can fill the world with sunshine." It's very true and is applicable to every situation in life. I also l’amour how she bosses around the dwarfs. It's super...

 Hello Kenny.
Hello Kenny.
Okay, since I had done with Enya. Now it's Kenny G's turn! Are toi ready?

1. Songbird

Whenever I listened to this music, Snow White would come to my mind since she loves birds, especially during the 'With a Smile and a Song' and the 'Working Song' scene.

2. par the Time the Night is Over

Ella and Kit/ Cendrillon and Prince Charming, I personally think it Suits – Avocats sur Mesure the latter plus because when the night is over, he will find the mysterious girl that fits the glass slipper.

3. cœur, coeur and Soul

Princess Aurora and Prince Philip will dance together to this music, especially during 'Once upon a Dream' and...

2 Cruella de Vil - '101 Dalmatians'

And sometimes it's just being uncomfortably attracted to one of the most evil people in the Disney lexicon.

3 Elsa - 'Frozen'

There would be no eternal winter with this smoking hot King on the Thorne.

4 Esmeralda - 'The Hunchback of Notre Dame'

Did God help the outcasts get ripped? Because dayum.
