So, I know mhs1025 has written something like this before, but I wanted to write my own. So I will basically talk about what I think about the characters, the storyline, my expectations and just the movie in general. I will try to keep this as spoiler-free as possible, so if toi know something about this movie then toi probably won't be surprised at anything. Enjoy!

First, I'm going to talk about the 5 main characters (Not Sven because I don't have much to say about him. He is really cute though) And of course, we'll start with:

Anna

Ana is so far, my favourite character in the movie. But that doesn't mean I don't think she has problems. Well, all Disney Princesses have problems but Anna's biggest problem for me is that she seems to be what toi would get if toi put Rapunzel and Ariel in a blender and then froze the liquid toi got from putting them in a blender. (Sorry for the image toi probably got from that, I was just trying to explain it) My point is, she has Rapunzel's looks, (slightly) and Ariel's personality with a few streaks from Rapunzel, Belle and Aurora personality-wise. Anyways, I think Anna seems like a really fun and relatable character, and another thing about her is she never really grows up. Well, I guess she can't really grow up, seeing that she probably spent all her time alone, playing ou just killing the time par chant to herself. But that's okay, lots of Princesses didn't really grow up either, right? Like, Ariel is still really mischievous and childish and still pouted when her dad yelled at her. But then Anna goes out to stop the winter and acts like, 9 years older than how she acted in the palace. So.... very quick personality development. I know it really sounds like I'm bashing Anna, but I'm not, I l’amour Anna and her fearless personality and her determination and optimism. Anna is the reason why I'm seeing this movie here! (Well, and Kristoff)

Elsa:

Elsa is probably the most mysterious character in this movie. But she's also probably the most inconsistent character. In fact, the only thing I find consistent about her is her looks. Okay, so she's supposed to be the opposite of Anna, who is supposed to be bright and bubbly. So that means Elsa is probably calm and sensible. And it does seem so in the beginning of the movie, before she went all ice-crazy. Wait, but she's also supposed to be fun-loving and energetic? (According to Anna that was Elsa in her childhood) Right, she became reserved and isolated after that accident with Anna. Hold on, Elsa wants to be just as bright and lively as she actually is deep down inside? No, Elsa is the Princess of Arendelle. She must be prim and proper. Being carefree and open was her sister's job. Actually, Elsa is just as careless and has trouble with her self-control. No, she's plus controlled than Anna. But then Elsa has emotional problems? Okay, so I think toi get it, she's really inconsistent to me. I hate inconsistent characters, but I think they have a good reason for Elsa to be really emotionally unstable. It's kind of spoilery, so I won't elaborate on what I meant. I'm being totally honest here, I like Elsa and all, but she's the only thing that's keeping this movie from being any better for me (so far) I like the movie as it is, but she does kind of ruin it in so many ways for me. But then again, without Elsa, there is no movie.

Kristoff:

I'm going to say it now and get it over with. I have a crush on Kristoff! I'm not going to go into it because it's awkward... ahem! Anyways, Kristoff is... a great character. As much as I'm crushing on him, I seriously don't think he's too original. He seems a little like Flynn in which he doesn't like his Princess in the beginning, and Aladin par how he spent most of his life with only Sven, likewise Aladin and Abu. Kristoff is an isloated person, but apparently he really wants company. ("His isolation is a confirmation for his desperation for human hugs" ~ The Trolls) That's weird, why does he isolate himself if he wants friends? But don't say that to Kristoff, ou he will get mad at toi and say "I have friends!" And where the heck are his parents? Apparently he's been an orphan ever since he was nine (possibly younger) and doesn't have a caretaker. (Was that a spoiler? Sorry.) How did he even survive? Who provides his shelter? His food? His clothes? Plot hole... Well, I'm getting off-topic, but what I mean in general was that Kristoff is a pretty well-developed character, toi can see it as the movie goes on. He goes from a rough, isolated guy to a softer and plus open person. And the development isn't rushed either. I really do wish he was a plus important character though, like, how about the deuteragonist? But unfortunately, the real deuteragonist is not exactly loved par me. I l’amour how Kristoff is sarcastic and snarky, but is really soft and caring on the inside. He and Anna are my OTP.

Olaf:

At first I loathed him, because he was the really annoying "comic relief" that ruined the emotional ou intense scenes. That's what I had thought all the way until the trailer came out. Then I saw that he wasn't that annoying, and he was actually kind of cute. But it wasn't until I read the La Reine des Neiges script that I truly began to l’amour him. Olaf was so, so, sweet. Especially towards the end of the movie. He also made the movie far less intense, which was a good thing, for no one can sit through an intense Disney fairytale. ou can one? I'm probably the only one, but I hate it when a Disney fairytale is all intense and suspense with little fun and comic. Well, I'm sure Anna and Kristoff and maybe Sven would have added some humour if Olaf wasn't there. Olaf has such a big cœur, coeur and reminded me once again how wonderful friendship is. However, he could have shutted up in quite a few scenes to make them plus emotional.

Hans:

So now we enter Hans. It's a little hard for me to express my opinion about him without giving any spoilers, and if toi read them you'll now why. Well, before I really disliked him because I thought he was boring and bland. But then I realized he wasn't and started disliking him for being useless. Then I realized yet again he wasn't and disliked him for being Hans. Yes, for a while I disliked him for no particular reason. But today I was watching an ElsaxHans video, and totally fell in l’amour with that shipping. It's obviously not happening, and I don't really like Elsa ou Hans, but that video was just so cute and the clips and the words went so well together, I just decided to ship these two. Of course, it's not my favourite shipping ou even one of my favourites, but definitely one of the shippings I really like. The fact that I suddenly liked this shipping really boosted my good feelings towards Hans, while it probably lowered my impression on Elsa. But I don't mind, since I already dislike Elsa as it is. I don't like the fact how he has a pretty inconsistent personality though... I guess he and Elsa really are the perfect match after all. But it's not as inconsistent as Elsa's personality, and it has a good reason to be inconsistent as well.

Phew! Wow, that was really long. Without farther adieu, My view on the storyline:

This is really hard, since I can't give away any spoilers. But if toi want to to be totally honest... I'm disappointed in the storyline. Part of it's because I had been expecting so, so, much from this movie. But what I saw when I read the script and the livres was definitely miles below the bar I had set for this movie. However, I was impressed par a few things. For one, the character development was great. The animation is another one. Let's not forget the twists and the music. But the general plot was very disappointing. Especially the ending. In the ending, everyone kind of loses their personality except for Anna and Kristoff. But toi know, it could be just me, since lots of other people who peeked at the script ou the livres ou the spoilers have a dit the story was very impressive and amazing. But seriously, the story is really underdeveloped and didn't seem like a story as full as Beauty and the Beast, ou even The Princess and the Frog. Then again, it could just be me, everyone else seems to l’amour it.

My expectations, as a dit before, were really high. I know I'm probably not getting what I've been expecting, but I do definitely think La Reine des Neiges is worth watching. I had been expecting a much plus developed and interesting storyline. Not that the movie isn't interesting, I had just expected a far plus interesting movie. Also, I expected the songs to have far better lyrics than it does. Seriously- "I wanna stuff some chocolat in my face" is not a very nice lyric to appear in a song as beautiful as "For the First Time in Forever." And that's just one poorly written lyric in my opinion. But as a dit above, I was impressed par the musique and lyrics of quite a few songs. Yes, so far the movie has disappointed me, but I'm still really excited for it.

In General:

I'm super excited for this movie, and am planning to see it in the theatres. However, from what I've see La Reine des Neiges will not surpass the popularity of several Disney movies. Namely, The original 6 minus Sleeping Beauty, and maybe even Tangled. The reason is spoilery so I shall not share it. I'm also impressed about the voicing of the characters. Anna and Elsa and Kristoff were voiced wonderfully, I just l’amour their voices and the life that it gave the characters. I know the movie will be one of my favourites for all I'm so disappointed in it. Anna will probably replace Tiana as my seconde favourite, and Kristoff will probably be my favourite Prince.

Thanks for reading! :)

Attina has an orange tail with a matching seashell bra and brown hair, and wears a crown-like tiara similar to her father's. She is described par her sisters as being bossy but has often displayed being the most responsible. According to Ariel’s Beginning, Attina is the eldest (and is likely the next-in-line to the Atlantican throne). This was determined par her unique crown, robust voice, as well as speculation that her name is a Jamaican pronunciation of her mother’s name, Athena. Although her name was most likey taken from Alan Menken's rock opera "Atina, Evil Queen of the...
