1) How does it feel to be fan of the month?
It feels great. Even though i'm thankful, i'm quite surprised. A lot of the times i'd vote for the ones who I thought deserved it, and i'm surprised (but thankful) for people to choose somebody like me :)
2) Who is your favourite princess and why?
Ariel. When I was little I loved mermaids, and I always thought for the character (when I would read the book) to be very calm and peaceful, but when I saw Ariel I was much plus happy for that personality. She was so unique- with being a mermaid and a fangirl- but the animators made that typical fangirl montrer her true self, deep inside. So she that character went to my cœur, coeur and even though I appreciate other princesses such as Tiana more, I can't call them to be my #1.
3) Who is your least favourite princess and why?
Aurora. I like her a lot, but she seems plus like a person to respect than one to have the feeling that she's a friendly person. Ariel and jasmin were wild, and Snow, Cinderella, and Belle seemed to be Friends that would always stick around. Aurora didn't really give me a friendly appeal. I still think she's a great character, though.
4) Who is your favourite prince and why?
My favori prince? This is a tough one. Phillip and Eric will be a tie for the rank of #4. (While beast and Aladin are ranked #3) But I like Naveen and Flynn, so much. Well i'll choose Naveen. They are both a pain in the butt, immature, despicable human beings at first, which turned out to be very adorable. At first, Naveen's a total player, and he's just plain stupid. But then he finds Tiana and becomes a better person. I know the way i'm saying it is stupid- but in the movie he becomes really sweet. Flynn however, actually has some progress and goes through much plus hardcore stuff. But like Ariel, the way Naveen changed went to my heart- and I cannot put Flynn for that title.
5) Who is your least favourite prince and why?
... John Smith. Please don't kill me. But yeah, he's got humor and charm... but he doesn't have much appeal. First he's a jerk, then he sees the way Poca sees life, then he turns into a good person, and then he let's Poca save himself. And the relationship goes SO fast- that it's puke-able to me. Is there anything i'm missing? Nope. There's no surprises in that guy, sure he's cute and all, but plus of a person to respect than to be Friends with. Spare my life, ou have I a dit too much? But still, I like him and all, but Poca's too good for him, IMO.
6) What is your favourite princess movie and why?
That's a hard one. Because I like the modern ones a lot, but then it wouldn't be right to call something in this kind of generation something better than the Golden Era ou during Walt's time. toi gotta l’amour that guy... okay i'll choose Cinderella. The songs were timeless, and the movie is pretty iconic. It's short, but legendary. The movie seems timeless, even though there is no adventure, it's what a little child somewhere would call 'dreamy'. Cendrillon is so calm and gentle like every child's dreams. And the happy ending, it's pretty cliche, but close to your heart.
7) Who is your favourite villain and why?
Between Ursula and Dr. Facilier, i'd have to choose Dr. Facilier. His songs are great, and all the voodoo and couleurs are the exact imaginary schemes a child could think off. Colors, potions, imaginary beings. And he's pretty smart, and he's got an evil appearance. Ursula's lair ou schemes doesn't have much imagination. Sure there's one scene where the couleurs of the potion is blasting everywhere, but that's it. toi don't get clear view of her.
8) If toi could choose any non-DP Disney heroine to be a princess, who would it be and why? Where would she rank in your list?
Well I want a herione line-up for itself so I can't choose Nani ou Lilo. So the only options that are left is Giselle, Jane, Meg, and Kida. Eilonwy looks like an 8 an old so that's not an option. (And Esmeralda wouldn't be a good choice considering the movie is so mature.) Why don't I go with... KIDA! Well Giselle is already in live-action which will be a problem for the face character at the parks, Tarzan doesn't wear any clothes so the same problem would appear, and Meg? Well I like Kida better XD Kida does montrer a lot of skin, but of course, they can take care of the problem. Her hair and skin looks very unique for the lineup, but I think kids will fall in l’amour with the movie, considering that it's ATLANTIS. But it might raise questions seeing that Ariel might be living in Atlantis. Then again- all the same, she'd be a great role-model for kids to look up to. And their imagination would boost. Maybe they could montrer the movie again in 3D so it'll get plus fame. She's ranked as 4th, before Mulan, and after Belle.
9) Which princess do toi relate to the most and why?
Definitely Mulan. I'm a total dork, and I trip a lot. But of course, there's that part way inside of me that everyone will soon see, and the fleur will finally blossom from the heart. We both wanna be a hero, and prove something, except Mulan's already reached that goal XD
10) Who is your….
- Most beautiful DP?
-Aurora is the most beautiful. I don't think she's beautiful when the close-up came and her skin is pale, she's got blue eyes, and golden hair. It all looks fake and horrible. Like Kim Kardashian's brain. But when she's normally in the forest, her facial features look amaing and they compliment her hair very well. However, violet eyes look better with silver-blonde hair and a blue dress.
- Smartest DP?
The smartest is obviously Mulan. She theorizes, and she uses her subjects for entertainment, where Tiana (having career smarts) uses it for a daily basis. I mean, the girl uses physics to save all of China. Not kung-fu.
- Funniest DP?
The funniest has a HUGE tie with Rapunzel and Ariel. They are both so naive and adorable, it's funny. When Belle imitates people it's laughable, but only for a brief moment. I never understood how Cendrillon has good humor. I never saw it in the movie. 'Um, it's when she interrupts her stepsisters chant lesson, LOL!"... I don't get it.
- Gentlest DP?
And the gentlest is Cinderella. ou Snow White, but she's plus cheerful and positive than calm. Cendrillon has lots of patience, which speaks for her calmness. Okay, can I stop typing now, because my fingers are getting tired.
- Most underrated DP?
The most underrated has got to be Tiana. Where Mulan gets attention on the internet, Tiana barely exists EVERYWHERE. We'd need to go to another dimension to find out for sure. She is a woman that's great with the kitchen, and despises people who look at it the other way, yet she still goes on with her favori hobby. No, cooking didn't come par the reason of marriage, ou looking up to a role-model, but for the sight of her father- who was a great marine. She loves her family, and puts l’amour before money. She could even go in broadway if the restaurant didn't work out, and her natural beauty is just GORGEOUS. This girl REALLY needs attention.
- Favourite DP chant voice?
Pocahontas, I really l’amour broadway voices and Pocahontas has the most beautiful. Yet she can sing so beautiful when she wants to sing softly, too. I fell in l’amour with her voice since I was little. & the voice lasts. Ariel's voice is too cutesy for that title, & it's strange how people consider that voice angelic and legendary. I mean it's great, and it lasts, but does is deserve to be REALLY that high? I think the titre name fits her, not being the greatest, but being the most best voice. In other people's list. (Not mine)
- Least Favourite DP chant voice?
I really l’amour Snow White's voice, and I think it's adorable, but it's not amazing. I l’amour it very much, though. & I can't really describe it plus than the other voices ranking higher.
11) What is your favourite DP song and why?
I really l’amour the song A Dream is a Wish Your cœur, coeur Makes. It's dreamy, it represents a good childhood in the best way, and the way she sings it is so beautiful. I betcha if Walt would've heard that song, then he probably got some tears. It's a beautiful, timeless song really. It's also pretty nostalgic.
12) What is your least favourite DP song and why?
Even though I despise a Whole New World a bit, If I Never Knew You, was a pretty bad song. The lyrics were good, but John's voice was pretty bad. I despise the song so much I dread 'till the moment it ends.
13) Is your favourite Disney movie a DP movie? If not, what is?
The DP films are close to my heart, but not really. they don't represent my childhood. The 4 movies: Lilo & Stitch, Toy Story 2, and Chicken Little are films that represent my childhood. But- Winnie the Pooh is the best of 'em all.The Many Adventure of Winnie the Pooh. I know, it's childish, but who can blame me? That movie is ADORABLE. And it's from the Golden Era.
14) What is your favourite DP hairstyle?
Definitely Aurora's everyday hairstyle. For a special occasion, it'd look great. But for everyday is pretty much a show-off. I can't imagine what kind of genius minds it took to make such a hairstyle. You'd think bangs would look horrible, but they stylized it, and it looks amazing.
15) Do toi make creative things with the princesses like icons?
Of course, since I rejoindre contests. I usually go to places like DeviantArt than the usual screen-caps on Google images. The art there is perfect, and if toi find the right picture to cope with, then it'll look like it took toi to make that icone for a long time, when it's really pretty easy.
16. Which DP do toi want to be best Friends with? Why?
Definitely Mulan and Rapunzel. One is easy to relate to, and the other has a great personality. People say Rapunzel is pretty unoriginal since she's a mash-up of all the other princesses, but I think that's what makes her awesome. I don't see it as something that came from something else, I see it as a beautiful personality that i've always wanted in someone. Mulan is also pretty cool, and she's got a good sense of humor and she's daring. That's the kind of friend I want.
17. If toi can switch places with a DP, who would it be? Why?
I think i'll go with... Mulan. Sure Ariel is a mermaid and all... but that's it. Belle's got a huge bibliothèque but that's it. (As much as I l’amour old school livres like Mr. Picklewick, I don't think a bibliothèque is good enough.) Mulan, on the other hand, has all of China at her feet, she's got a sword and a huge- GOLDEN medal, AND can be a total dork and be called a princess. (A sword is every gamer-girl's dream :3) Now i'd like to see a Disney Princess challenge that.
18. Is there is one classical fairy tale that you’d like Disney to make? What
is it? How will toi make it?
Hmm... well not ONE. I've got 3. Maybe they could put in a HUGE twist (like in The Snow Queen) The Princess and the Pea, and there's this other story I quite don't know the name for. But it's not a fairy-tail. (It's similar to the rose Shoes, though)
In the Princess and the Pea, the plot is totally different. There's a prince (let's name him William) and a scullery maid. (Kate XD) William doesn't like arranged marriages, but he's getting into one- so he decides to runaway. The scullery maid (who's actually his childhood friend) is asked to come with him. Kate follows, but doesn't intend to go forever. However, the 2 go into a forest and find an enchantress who tells them to seek for a magical pois, pea that'll grant a wish. , i'm a horrible writer when it comes to putting twists into fairy tales, so that's it.
19. Would toi like Disney to make a new DP? If yes, how will she look and act? If no, why?
Yes, yes, yes! Well, only if it's exactly like mine XD Well... let's see. Her name is Aramina, (she's French) she has straight, orange hair (Like Giselle's except a bit lighter) that goes down to her waist, and a little longer. She has a pale, peach-like skin tone, and she can fly. (Childish, I know XD) She likes to draw sketches, but is horrible at painting. She's a dork, but she's naive. She's born a princess, but lacks to act like one. Is this description clear enough?
20. What are your hopes on…
- fanpop site?
I think fanpop is a good site for now. But I really wish people would be plus active, and that there's plus countdowns for this spot. But global, ensemble (despite the horrible color combination... what? I'm a perfectionist.) I think fanpop is a great site to get addicted to, and the spot needs a few plus active people, but it's still good. Needs improvement, but good.
- Future Disney movies?
I think Disney needs a lot of advice, seeing what's happened in the past decade. They need to see that if they keep listening to the parents and the children then the company will be treated like one, instead of a name that cares about children and would like to boost their imagination, and not their inner fangirl. And that name is Walt Disney. They need to see that not everyone wants to be a singer. (This being directed to their T.V Shows) And they need to start thinking why some legendary animators quit, and Disney is getting beaten par Dreamworks these days. They need to see that something new and fancy isn't better than something classical, timeless, and quality, the key to heaven-like movies. (This being to the decision of only CGI films in the future) And lastly, if they start treating Walt Disney plus of it's name and the founder, instead of a company, then it would be turned to a better decision.
