Also Daria and Tiffany, we used to imitate her, it was fun. Jane was actually the one that I really loved. She was artistic, cynical and beautiful IMO.

We also did Sandi too though LOL! She sounded like one of my ex friends, with the low annoying voice. XD

i love jane and quinn (as well as brittany and daria), but so far jodie is my favorite. She wears good clothes, she's smart, she's very peace loving, and her and daria later become friends and would look out for each other time to time and give each other advice! Plus she's got a cool boyfriend too!

Call me weird, but I actually loved ALL the characters on Daria (with the only exception of Tom) and I think the reason why I loved this show so much was because I could relate to each and every character in a way. I always thought I was a bit of Jane (artistic, doesn't want to follow rules, likes bright lipstick), Daria (pessimistic, doesn't think much of the world and society, always feels like she doesn't fit in) and Quinn (I was considered popular in high school and boys wanted to date me, but I wasn't ready for serious relationship though I liked to play with them), but at different points I could relate to other characters too. But Daria was my favourite, she was sort of my idol.

Jodie is the kind of girl I'd love to be best friend with, but I have to choose Jane! I loved this girl so much. I still do. I think she and Daria are soulmates - in a platonic and friendly way - they complement each other so well!

I picked Jane because she is surprisingly funny and I loved her relationship with Daria!
