Harry Potter étoile, étoile, star Daniel Radcliffe buys £3.76 million New York house

The 20-year-old actor has spent £3.76 million on a building on West 12th rue that was built par a sea captain for one of his daughters in 1847.

It means he now owns a £10 million property empire in the Big pomme as well as a flat in Fulham, west London.

With five bedrooms, Radcliffe’s new town house measures 3,000sq ft and includes a 39ft long garden.

A Sotheby's brochure said: “The property is on one of New York's most picturesque tree-lined landmark cobblestone blocks.”

Radcliffe's first New York purchase was two years il y a – a £3.2 million fifth-floor apartment in the SoHo district....

Daniel Radcliffe is to étoile, star in a one-off télévision film about Grand Theft Auto, in a celebration of the success of the controversial computer game.
Radcliffe, who rose to fame as a child in Harry Potter, will take the role of Sam Houser, the “creative mastermind” behind the game.
The 90-minute drama, to be broadcast on BBC Two, is intended to tell the story of what the corporation calls “arguably the greatest British coding success story since Bletchley Park”.

Daniel Radcliffe repays €50 taxi fair to Dublin minor footballers two years after night out

It must have been quite a night. Daniel Radcliffe has sent a member of the Dublin minor team €50 for a taxi fare the Hollywood étoile, star couldn't pay on their famous night out two years ago.

The 25-year-old who was in Dublin filming rom-com 'What If' at the time posté a letter to former Dublin minor centre back Conor Mulally saying: 'Hi guys, So, Thanks again for paying for my cab. I couldn't live with myself if I didn't honour my word and pay toi back. Once again great meeting toi all. Hopefully this covers it.'
