I'm suppraised they didn't have sex in 4x01, would do u expect u guys they are a couple it's perfectly normal for them to have sex.
Sex is not the issue here the issue here is the guy she loves and chose and claims to "love her so much" LET her DIE, see if Elena was mad at "saint" Stefan for LETTING her die (which any normal person would be mad at the person who let them DIE) then all of sudden she goes and have sex with him then in that case I would be shocked
But seeing that every mistake "saint" Stefan does is forgivable, and she was all lovey dovey with him just hours after he LET her DIE no I'm not shocked at all
