Elle just annoyed me. I liked the girl before her better though.

I never liked Elle, I was kinda glad when she left.

i think emily is a much better profiler than elle, i wouold like to see more of emily's personal life in this season though!

Emily Prentiss is my fav character of the team. She is a kick-ass and is the definition of awesome.

BEFORE I GET BURNED AT STAKE, I don't hate Emily. I just don't LIKE her. She is not Elle and she can never be Elle. Elle was strong and brave and she gave what she had to the team. That, in my opinion, is everything the team needs.

Emily is way better. Elle shot a man, sure he was guilty but that doesn't justify what she did. She even lied about it, it was not self defense. Killing someone is never right, especially if you did it out of cold blood. Which yes, Elle killed the man out of cold blood. It's heartless.

Emily, Elle drove me nuts and she was creepy, i know the whole having someone write in your blood thing would mess you up but i think she was a bit over the top in her judgement!

I don't really go for Elle... I like Emily a lot, she has a strong personality and I like that. Some tend to say that she's boring, I don't think so. Anyway, I miss her a lot.

Emily is fucking annoying. Since her first introductory episode. Even Hotch was like 'eh you're no profiler' when he first saw her. She's now annoying Gideon and everyone on the plane. Elle was strong and went hard. She wasn't just handed the job. Elle also had a good backstory. And I also supported when Elle snapped at the police for leaving the house, because of 'no answer'. Cops fucked up.

The Emily character seems totally forced on the viewer. The Lauren storyline, ridiculous. All of the spy talk, ridiculous. The Scotland Yard job, ridiculous! They don't show her to have any great talent, intellect, or compassion the way they do in the other characters. Just forced talk about Emily's merits.
The show is great! Does not need all the talk about how great the Emily character is/was.

No doubt. Right of the bate I didn't like Elle.

I just can't stand Emily (and of course love Ellie as a character). Everything just felt forced with her, like they took several ideas for different characters and stitched them into a Frankensteined "Empowered" woman character that we were all supposed to look up to and love?? Along with all the complete and utter randomness that was her whole spy job she wasn't even really a good profiler. Especially in the later seasons when she was made *Head of the BAU*(?????????Just seriously haven't ya'll given her enough roles?) she just piggybacked off of everything the other members said, and not in a good way where they bounced ideas back and forth but she literally never really came up with stuff on her own, just reported or resaid what everyone else said. And it also felt as if a l o n g with everything else they just sort of crammed in her "connecting" (aka forcing herself into their lives) with everyone else in a way that seemed like she was taking up lines or situations that should have been done or said by people who were closer to the person facing the issue or trial, but they wanted everyone to adore her as soon as possible. Overall she was just the kind of character I felt they shoved too many things into for her to be loved and generally ended up at the type of character i despise.

Elle was amazing, strong, had one of the most unique Personalities in the show, and was hella beautiful. Emily is so annoying, has no personality, is not funny, and will never ever EVER replace Elle. And also I think a lot of people who choose Emily over Elle don't like Elle because of the fact that she's really strong and could probably kick your butt and they feel threatened by her. Emily doesn't even come up with her own ideas. Emily is totally replaceable and not an important part of the team. Elle's interactions with the other members of the squad, and their chemistry together was phenomenal. Not so much with Emily. I can't believe they tried to replace Elle :((( I miss her so much :((((((( I think im gonna stop watching the show after Elle leaves it. Btw Elle and Morgan were adorable friends. Elle didn't have enough time, but in the short amount of time she had she really shone as a person. Complete baddie. I love her smmmmmmmm
