Does anyone know where about Tessa from The Infernal Devices is in City of Glass?

So basically I read something a while back, and apparently if toi know where to look, Tessa Gray from Clockwork Angel is in City of Glass, except when I think back and go over the pages, I can't work out where. So I want to know if anyone has spotted her and where?
