I guess it depends on what toi define as "first love". Some people would say Leo, since he's the first strong/long-term l’amour interest we see her have. Others would say Jeremy, her first l’amour interest in the show. Others again could say whoever her first boyfriend was, which I don't believe was ever revealed.
