Below is a four-minute video feature in which Gossip Girl costume designer Eric Daman discusses how he is outfitting Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester) this season.
We previously saw Eric's breakdown of Serena's style for Season 3. Now he's talking about how the montrer is reinventing Blair's look with her matriculating at NYU.
Blair, of course, is anti-NYU par nature, and this shines through in her fashion choices. How will she reconcile this in the coming season of Gossip Girl? See below.

The 2009 Emmy Awards Sunday evening did not feature our favori montrer nominated in any major categories, but Chuck and Blair were named the TV's #1 hottest couple during E!'s Emmy pre-show at least. Goooo Chair!
Also, the Gossip Girl cast's two leading ladies were on hand for the festivities, looking totally fabulous on the red carpet as toi might expect.

Blair Waldorf's attitude would not be the same without a sheer red, plump pout. Okay, it so would, but that lip color gives it a certain extra element!
In real life, Leighton Meester, the girl behind the Gossip Girl character we know and love, favors scarlet lip gloss, too. Her absolute favori product?
"L'Oreal Infallible Plumping Lipgloss in Plumped Red gives me that extra little color and boost when I really want my lips to pop," the actress said.
The result? A gorgeous Leighton Meester ....

When Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen launched their mens collection for Elizabeth and James, it was only a matter of time before Hollywood guys caught on.
Sure enough, Elizabeth and James for Men has been popping up all over Gossip Girl, including on Dan Humphrey in the now-infamous threesome scene.
Maybe it was the clothes that turned O and V on ...
Penn Badgley wore the Elizabeth and James Easy V Cashmere Sweater on the show, as toi can see above, but it wasn't the first appearance for the line.
Dan wore two Elizabeth and James designs a week before the threesome, and last mois Chuck basse, bass (Ed Westwick) sported an Elizabeth and James suit.
Looks like a brand Gossip Girl hunks can depend on!

ou at least the smokin' hot stars who play your Gossip Girl favorites.
Elle has an upcoming feature on Ed Westwick and Leighton Meester, and as toi can see, one photo has been leaked. They are looking very goth, and glam ... and hot.
Look at the placement of Ed's hand, the expression his face. Look at Leighton's bad girl look and provocative pose. Sure they're dating other people, but what chemistry!
OMFG, is all we can say. Someone crack a window!

OMG. Is Blair borrowing a page from Jenny?
That's what it looks like in the photo below? Gossip Girl étoile, star Leighton Meester looked almost unrecognizable thanks to her raccoon eyes, pale skin and red lipstick at Tuesday's American Eagle Outfitters flagship store launch in NYC.
