"Dude, whats up with your cat?"

Last november I got a new kitten (<3) but I swear she is mentally ill! There is something wrong with her!!! She has not grown atall ( we feed her well and she gets plentley of sleep)so she is very small. Whenever someone from outside the family apporches she goes into tis weird spazz mode! Running jumping around them, what the hell is wrong with her?

It could just mean that she's a runt. Runts are the youngest [and the smallest] of the litter, so sometimes a runt kitten can be a little smaller than an average cat.

However, if toi are ever concerned, then toi may want to talk to your vet.

About the spaz thing, it's normal for a kitten. She could just be excited meeting new people, and she just wants to play.
