Please help me :'(

Aw hun thats happened to me too with my dad cos my dad's so clumsy lol. But yeah I don't think your cat thought toi did it, he was just scared and probably in a lot of pain since chats are so much smaller and weaker than us. So it didnt matter who was helping him, he still would have been worried which is understandable. Your chats is probably happy toi tried to help him.
But toi really need to take him to the vet, because (I'm not trying to scare you) but the same thing happened to my friend's cat and it seemed fine, but then two days later he died of a brain hemhorrage (like bleeding in the brain). toi should take him to the vet because chats have such fragile heads and otherwise he could be brain-damamged.

chats dont have that great of a memory,your cat was probably just scared.

chats really do not remember that sort of stuff, it probably didn't even know it was your dad that hurt it.
This one time my cat was playing with a camera from underneath a table, tableau until it fell and hit him on the head. That scared him allot, and since my mom was par the table, he assumed she did that to him. He avoided her for the rest of the day, but he seemed completely forget about it later.

He'll still see toi and enter your home.

He'll be fine, I've accidentally stepped on my chats tail and she ran away from me for a bit, then I gave her a hug and played with her and stuff and she "forgave" me and was back to normal, but I'd get your did to give him a hug, just in case he knows it was your dad :)

animaux know when we harm them accidentally and when they are hurt on purpose. There is not a single week when I do not step on my cat's tail ou one of his paws. There is not a single jour when he doesn't try to run into my legs ou my husband's legs just to catch our attention.

Therefore, stuff happens sometimes. He's stepped on or, like your dad did, kicked accidentally. There are hissings (from the cat) and screams (from us) because of that. But as there is no harmful, evil intention, there's no grudge between us. The cat is still very affectionate with us and we do l’amour him dearly.

So, don't worry. toi made up right after and your pet knows that this is all an accident that it can happen.

animaux feel the real intentions. Even someone that is all honey but really evil shall be detected immediately par chats ou dogs. A bit the same thing with very young children. They are really sensitive to that and are a good indicator of the sincerity of a person.
