VIDEO: Catherine Tate Joins David Tennant On The Cast Of DuckTales
Disney XD have today announced that Catherine Tate will be starring alongside David Tennant in DuckTales, but their relationship won\'t be anything like their on screen partnership in Doctor Who, as this time the pair are cast as enemies!
Catherine can first be heard in action as the wicked Magica de Spell in Saturday\'s episode "Terror Of The Terra-Firmians!"
Magica was one of Scrooge’s major foes in both the comics as well as the original DuckTales series and Catherine Tate will continue to voice the Sorceress of Shadows on a recurring basis in the new show. In previous versions, Magica was obsessed with stealing Scrooge’s No. 1 Dime so she could give herself the Midas Touch. This time, it appears she’s driven by revenge and she’ll use her niece Lena to infiltrate the McDuck family and get to Scrooge.
Based on the Emmy Award-winning series treasured by a generation of viewers, Disney XD\'s animated comedy-adventure series DuckTales chronicles the high-flying adventures of Duckburg\'s most famous trillionaire Scrooge McDuck (voiced by David Tennant), his mischief-making triplet grandnephews, Huey, Dewey and Louie (Danny Pudi, Ben Schwartz and Bobby Moynihan), temperamental nephew Donald Duck (Tony Anselmo) and the trusted McDuck Manor team: big-hearted, fearless chauffeur and pilot Launchpad McQuack (Beck Bennett), no-nonsense housekeeper Mrs. Beakley (Toks Olagundoye) and Mrs. Beakley\'s granddaughter, Webby Vanderquack (Kate Micucci), resident adventurer and the triplet\'s newfound fierce friend.

Jon Hamm Joins David Tennant And Michael Sheen For Good Omens
BBC Two has announced Emmy and Golden Globe award winning actor Jon Hamm (Mad Men, Baby Driver, Bridesmaids) will be joining the cast of Good Omens, in the role of the archangel Gabriel - the primary messenger of God.
The six-part television adaptation by BBC Studios of the best-selling novel by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett is currently in production and will be launched by Amazon Prime Video in 2019, and shown at a later date on BBC Two.
The series has been written by Neil Gaiman and stars David Tennant as Crowley, 'Hell's most approachable demon', and Michael Sheen as his counterpart, the fussy angel and rare book dealer Aziraphale.
Jon Hamm says: “I read Good Omens almost twenty years ago. I thought it was one of the funniest, coolest books I'd ever read. It was also, obviously, unfilmable. Two months ago Neil sent me the scripts, and I knew I had to be in it.”
The character of Gabriel has a fleeting role in the original novel but showrunner Neil Gaiman explains…

Exclusive NYCC Marvel Poster Teases Season 2 Of Jessica Jones
To celebrate this week's New York Comic Con, Marvel have released a batch of posters for their upcoming shows and included is one for Season 2 of Jessica Jones which will be coming to Netflix in 2018.
In August it was announced that despite Kilgrave facing the ultimate ending in Season One of the show, David Tennant would in fact be back and will feature in the second season of the drama.
Although they released photos of David on set this summer, Marvel have not confirmed specific details of how many episodes he will appear in. Fans of the show will know that his character, Kilgrave, met a grisly end at the hands of Jessica, played by Krysten Ritter, in the season one finale and so speculation has been rife as to how he will play a part in Jessica's future, whether he survived, whether he will be seen in flash backs or is he haunting his killer?
The new season is rumoured to look back on Jessica's childhood and the loss of her parents, how she recovered from the accident …
