Do toi think Spike was interested when Faith was coming on to him when she was in Buffy's body?

It seemed pretty obvious to me that he was interested. He remembered it years later when he actually met Faith. I've wondered for a while if what she a dit was what made him initially begin to be interested in Buffy.
