Booth had just finished giving his testimony in the New York courtroom and he had been excused as a witness. Bones was waiting for him in the hallway as she had donné testimony earlier that morning. As Booth came out of the courtroom, she asked. “Do toi think we will have to testify again ou can we go back to DC this afternoon?”
Booth answered. “The attorneys are summing up the case now and hopefully it will go to the jury before noon.”
