Bones Question

the episode with the shoelace tying theory -ANYBODY REMEMBER THE SCENE? HELP ASAP!!

this has been bothering me for the longest time, I cant remember the exact episode wherein the discussion which was directed to Booth was about the tying of shoe laces
I am not sure if it came from Bones ou Dr Sweets (my gut tells me it was him)
it was something like, they way toi put the loop of toi laces either under of over determined whether toi are right of left brain dominant.
I cant find it online, I started to reread my transcripts, im still in season 1, episode 8.. still haven't found it
I need help. This is keeping me up at night!!!

I forget the name of the episode but it's the one where the kid with the horns and the tail was found burning on the church alter. It came up because the kid's brother put the kid's boots back on after the kid took heroin between his toes. Sweets was amazed Bones could tell that from a picture of the tied boots.
