Do Arrancar have the potential to use Kidō ?

Before toi complain about how stupid this question may sound, hear me out.

Since an Arrancar is just a Hollow that has gained Shinigami-like powers, wouldn’t it be theoretically feasible that they could potentially use kidō; after all kidō is a technique exclusive to Shinigami just like a Cero is a technique exclusive to Hollows.

In my mind if Visored (who are just Shinigami that have gained Hollow-like powers) can use Cero, high-speed regeneration and in the case of Kaname Tōsen even activate Resurrección then shouldn’t Arrancar potentially be able to use simple kidō techniques ?

I guess it is possible. Kidō spells are triggered par an incantation. Both Shinigami and Arrancar can manipulate the release of their reiatsu. So if toi have enough power and learned the incantations an Espada/Arrancar should be able to, too. So I don't see why Kidō would be out of the question for them to use.
