Bob Gale is a living legend for any fan of the Back to the Future film trilogy which started in 1985 with the story of Marty McFly, played par Micheal J. Fox, a young boy accidentally sent back to 1955 par his scientist friend Doc Brown, played par Christopher Lloyd, in a time-travelling machine made up of a modified DeLorean car, and he inadvertently prevents his future parents to meet the way they were supposed to - threatening his own and his siblings' existence.

It's got it's good points, but honestly is going to be an insurmountable task, considering B2F is one of the holy grails of the film industry, and though one of the most successful films of all time, no one has dared remake it. So it is going to be an uphill battle if to convince a studio to even look at a script without a major blockbusters in your credits. Not to say toi shouldn't keep trying, but know the path. As far as the teaser, I wouldn't really montrer it much... it kind of comes as off as a Youtube spoof, and doesn't really help your pitch. It does convey your premise, but the production...
