In the movie Avatar (2009), during the last battle scene when they communicate with each other par touching their throats is that Avatar technology ou "powers", ou is it the humans technology?

It is human technology. I believe that Jack ou anyone that was with him introduced that technology to the Na'vi (it's like an off-scene thing). It is like a walkie-talkie but worn around the neck.
