Honestly I'm Kinda Between.Both Are Quite Skilled In Martial Arts And Can Immobilize Their Opponents(Ty Lee With Her Chi Blocking And Asami With Her Electric Glove) !!!!

In a purely one on one hand to hand fight. Asami's a good fighter but her forte always seemed to lie in technology and that. If she had access to some of that I'd say it could go either way, but that's a whole other set of variables.
