Here are the to kisses side par side. On first glance they look very much alike the obvious difference is of course the situation.
Situation #1: KorraxMako
Mako is in a relationship with Asami. Korra confesses her feeling for him and he tells her that it isn't going to happen. However he later tells her that his feelings for her are complicated and he does like her but also likes Asami. Caught up in the moment she kisses him.
Situation #2: AsamixMako
Asami has just Lost everything. First her family and now her business. She has all but donné up but Mako tells her that there is still hope and that he will do whatever he can to help her. Earlier that jour she had learned that he and Korra had broken up and in that venerable moment she kisses him.
To better see the nuances of the Kiss itself we need to brake it up into three steps.

As toi can see the action itself is near identical. Both girls initiate the Kiss and both times Mako is caught completely unaware.

Here is where things diverge. I almost feel sorry for Mako. He's the type of person that likes things to be neat and predictable. Yet every time he thinks he is getting the hang of this relationship thing something like this happens. The first time he gives in and kisses back and immediately regrets it.
Wrong Choice!
The seconde time all toi can see in his eyes is panic. However it is just as heartbreaking to see Asami open her eyes and realize that he isn't going to Kiss her back.

toi can see that both girls are clearly embarrassed when they realize what they did. Korra is blushing and Asami is speechless. Both times Mako sees this and for the sake of both the girl and himself he chooses to essentially ignore the whole thing. Poor Mako not generally the best course of action.

I don't think either girl really though about it before they kissed him but if I had to guess at what point the flame was kindled it would be this moment...
For Korra it was when Mako a dit "I like you". I very much doubt she heard anything he a dit after that point.
For Asami it was when she heard that he and Korra had broken up and she realized that she still had feelings for him. That feeling continued to build though out the jour as Mako reminded her how kind and loving he could be.
“After the conclusion of the War, Aang and Zuko brought people from the four nations together and founded the United Republic, creating Republic City, a large "metropolis powered par steampunk-type technology" such as cars and motorcycles.”
I find it strange that Aang and Zuko decided to build a city, straight after the war.
Sozin started the war because he wanted the same thing right? (And to rule them all of course)
Why was Roku opposed to the idea anyway, Aang and Zuko thought it would be a good idea (‘they built their own city’)
Technically people in Republic city are living Sozin’s dream, right?

I was the new Avatar after kora passed away 1 an il y a I still have to train the 4 elements. So yeah I'm a Avatar in training. I found out water air feu but still earth. It was great. Start. For me everybody was calm. But when we got attacked that's when kora died i wasn't born yet but they told me the story so here is how it goes sit down relax and enjoy the story:
It was a calm sunny jour the wind passing at the perfect pace.
Everyone was in the village walking around so was kora. She was having a great time when all she heard was screaming. She ran over to what was going over to what was happening air bended the car and it flew over she ran on haut, retour au début of the carriage and held on but they crashed and she fell and got stabbed.
And that's when I became the new avatar.
