Veronica Taylor, definitely! I grew up watching the old Pokemon seasons, and hearng her Ash voice. Veronica's Ash voice was very unique and natural. That voice made Ash stand out as the main character. And plus, no matter what emotion Ash would be feeling, Veronica always put her heart into voicing him! You could actually feel that, through her acting! And that's why I will always perfer Veronica's Ash voice and portrayal. She made Ash who he was on Pokemon. <3

Not that Sarah's a bad VA or anything. She's improved a lot. And I actually think she's doing a GREAT job in season 13, Sinnoh League Victors. However, Veronica Taylor will always be Ash to me, because I grew up watching Pokemon with the original voices. Whenever I think of Ash, Veronica's voice is the one I hear in my head. :P

Hey I grew up watching Pokemon too, my sixth birthday was Pokemon. I love the old episodes. Me and my little sister are watching the new ones and the old ones. I just like the new episodes better. I can't really explain, why I just do.

Ah, I understand now. Yeah, it's fine if you like the new episodes better. Everyone has their own opinion about the voice acting. Anyway, thanks for explaining. ^^

Veronica Taylor will always be Ash to me as well Lisa!^^ Sarah's voice isn't terrible...but it's not Ash! The old VA's are pure joy.
