I can't really think of a lot of metal limbs other than Fullmetal characters.
Chen from Jyu-Oh-Sei had to use a metal artificial leg half way through the series because of a fight injury. She is really self-conscious about it so there aren't very many scenes that it isn't covered up. I had to take this screenshot too, so hopefully the quality isn't too poor.
