Some other good ones are Highschool of the Dead, and Hell Girl :) Of course this is my opinion and these are horror animé so watch at your own risk.

Some Ecchi are Sekeri, and maybe Dance in the Vampire Bund? Not really into Ecchi.

The summary kind of sucks but hey, if I wrote a detailed summary I would have probably told toi all that happens before toi even start watching it

Trust me on this one, toi won't regret it, I misjudged this animé but now I am literally in l’amour with it!
