Name an animé vampire. And if possible, another animé character that looks(or acts) similar to them.

I say Staz, from Blood Lad. He's similar to Amaimon from Blue Exorcist in my opinion. Their facial features are similar, and both l’amour animé and manga.

Looks like... Zero from Vampire knight (vampire, the uniform, white hair, and darkish animé style) crossed with Saito from Hakuouki Shinsengumi (one eye covered hair style)

Acts like... Kyo and "Black" Hatsuharu from Fruits Basket. Subaru and Kyo both grew up unwanted and vent their anger on others.

Subaru from Diabolik Lovers: Silent type who gets easily angered and has destructive outburst. But can be occasionally sweet. Rough past. This series is ongoing so I'm still not 100% sure how his character will develop. Looks like... Agreed, it is dark. Not a feel good series at all, but I think they nailed vampires. In a twisted way, I think that's why I like it so far.
