Well if toi are looking for something incredibly similar, I think toi must try "Brothers Conflict", if toi didn't know of it yet,I think you'll be surprised how much similarities these to have.....
no not quite, but they look alot like the vampire, one of them also has the same name too. But if toi were looking for an animé with sadists in it well I'm not sure I recall any at the moment but I'll tell toi if anything comes to mind.
