What is the name of this Anime?

I found this picture on Google while i was looking at The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya pictures. This picture came up randomely. Now i wanna watch it. It looks so cute. Somebody please tell me what this animé is called. Oh and is there a video game series for this Anime? :)
