Well, it depends on what part of DBZ toi want it to be like. Mainly, I think of DBZ as an animé with a bunch of guys with special powers fighting it out, where one battle can last half a season. If that's the criteria, many shonen action titles can be called like DBZ, like Bleach ou Naruto.
