Urgh, I feel like Such an idiot asking this but...

Is "The Little Twins" an anime. I know, obviously, it's for little kids but is it anime? I've been wondering this for a while and I'm rambling on again. Here's a video.

MDR no. It has no elements of an Anime, no similar design. Plus, just because this young children's montrer is not an anime, doesn't mean all animé is not for young children, fyi. But back to your question, this is not an Anime.
